第一次來岡仁波齊轉山，在這住了5天，房間是24小時供氧的，加濕器也是房間給配備的，1樓餐廳的小炒非常地道，湯裏還會貼心加姜粒暖身子，我們三個人每天一頓倆菜一湯吃的很舒服😌老闆娘也是超級nice，讓你感覺像到了自己家，不僅給我介紹了非常有經驗的嚮導金龍哥，還給我裝兜好多小餅乾助力我轉山成功💪當然啦，最最要感謝的還是我們“阿里黃宗澤”啦，小帥哥不管什麼時候都是有求必應，照顧的無微不至，很温暖，謝謝😘

我在轉岡仁波齊的路上，一直在想：到底是什麼，讓這麼多人走向這座山？ 是信仰，是風景，還是想找一找那個不一樣的自己？ 岡仁波齊，在藏傳佛教中是神聖的存在。很多人轉山，是為了朝聖，積累功德，祈求平安。也有人，是為了那一刻站在雪山腳下、被湖泊和草原包圍的震撼。當然，還有人是想挑戰自己——用腳步丈量信念，用堅持迴應高原的呼喚。 我想，每一個走向這裏的人，內心都有一座自己的山。他們堅定、温暖、勇敢，也懂得生活真正的樣子。 我是2025年9月14日至17日入住這家酒店的，連續三晚。寫這篇，也是想給以後來轉山的你，一點實實在在的參考。 塔爾欽小鎮，藏語意思是“神山與聖湖之間”，就像它的名字一樣——安靜、遙遠，卻充滿力量。 住在這裏，你有幾種選擇：酒店、民宿，或者乾脆帳篷、車裡。看自己適合哪一種。 📍 選酒店，我最看中這兩點： 一是離轉山起點近。塔爾欽不大，但從鎮口到經幡廣場還有一段距離。住得近，第二天能多睡會兒，省體力也省車費。回來的時候，更是恨不得一秒躺平。 二是接送服務。提前問清楚酒店是否提供接送（免費or收費），真的很影響體驗。 🏔️ 關於高海拔： 塔爾欽海拔約4600米，如果你是直接抵達，強烈建議第一晚選有供氧的酒店，好好休息才能更好轉山。如果已經從拉薩等地慢慢適應過來，可能會好一些。 🛏️ 設施方面： 供暖：晚上非常冷，地暖/空調/電熱毯真的救命。 氧氣：彌散供氧或床頭氧氣管，能極大緩解高反，睡個好覺。 熱水：24小時熱水在這兒是奢侈，但至少問清楚供應時間段。 Wi-Fi：大部分有網，但別指望太快，安心“離線”一段時間也不錯。 🍽️ 吃飯： 酒店一般有餐廳，川菜、藏餐、小火鍋都有。也可以去鎮上其他餐館換換口味。 這次我住的是歡悦酒店，比較之後覺得性價比很合適： 位置極好，離轉山起終點非常近；設施齊全且乾淨，彌散氧+鼻吸管雙供氧方式，房間還有加濕器，插座管夠，窗簾都是電動的。 最驚喜的是早餐！自助式，熱粥、雞蛋、包子饅頭、玉米紅薯、桂花發糕、炒菜…吃得好暖和，出門都更有勁。 當然，也要客觀説兩句：酒店周邊部分區域還在裝修，環境略雜亂；電梯還沒裝好，得爬兩層樓（但工作人員會主動幫忙搬行李！）；偶爾房間廁所有反味，店長説已在改進。 不過，在4600米的高原上，我們已經覺得很知足了。 轉山結束後，我們還去了古格王朝、穹窿銀城、瑪旁雍錯和拉昂措，甚至一路闖上“旱地拔葱”的埡口，最後從阿里飛往喀什——整段旅程圓滿得像一場夢。 更幸運的是，轉山那天我們躲過了冰雹和大雪，一路經歷陽光、陣雨、小冰雹和彩虹……就像山神輕輕揮手，送了我們一份温柔的禮物。 這一路，是身體的地獄，眼睛的天堂，更是心靈的歸途。 如果你也正要出發，願您也能遇見自己的光芒，平安、如願。

More than expected. I didn't report much expectations when I set it, but the room was actually much better than the pictures in the link. The lights were bright and the bathroom was clean. The boss is very enthusiastic and there is a restaurant on the first floor that can be ordered very conveniently. The oxygen supply equipment effect is not bad, relatively quiet, the first night of the fourth day in Tibet did not wake up with a headache 🥲

This hotel is the best in this area, bar none. Excellent value for money. The room is spacious and the facilities are complete and new. The bed was very comfortable. From the owner to the staff, everyone in the hotel was very nice and answered all my questions. The floor heating and oxygen were turned on before arriving at the hotel. At 4,600 meters, oxygen is so important❗️ It was below zero outside and the room was too warm. The hardships and fatigue along the way were wiped away. Parking is very convenient, it is clean and tidy, it is comfortable and good to have a good sleep... I recommend everyone to stay here, you will never regret it

康鴻雲宿距離岡仁波齊轉山入口很近，來岡仁波齊轉山住宿真不錯，走出路口一些，就可以看到岡仁波齊和納木那尼峯！酒店幾個年輕人服務真心不錯，還幫忙提行李！房間空間雖然不大，但設備設施也齊全，還有個大院子方便悠閑時坐坐聊天！

Tartarqin is 4650 altitude. Although the altitude is very high, the oxygen heating of this hotel can guarantee me a good sleep and a great surprise. For traveling, you need to rest well. The most worth mentioning is his service, warm and polite, and this stay was very pleasant. Health is also very good, it is this way, health is the best. The gospel of hard areas. It's not too perfect. You can park on both sides of the hotel entrance. There is no problem with parking 40 or 50 cars. It doesn't matter if the vehicle is parked horizontally, hahaha. 之前比這個貴200的三人間 也是去年開的 出了房間大 插座是壞的 浴室漏水 裝修很一般 但這家真的老闆態度好 三人間乾淨寬敞 還供氧 浴室有暖風 洗澡不容易感冒 毛巾浴巾都很不錯 尤其是提供的洗漱工具也好 畢竟住了好幾個比這個貴 還爛的要死的店 重點是還有電梯！ 我前幾天定的比這個貴的居然沒有電梯 雖然入住幫你搬但你走的時候還是自己來 這家真的不虧！
