"Atour Hotel @ Puning gave us the best experience like our own home, the warm hospitality provided by front counter staff - excellent. They taking care of each checking in guests so detail that until they have prepared raincoat & mosquito repellent for our short visit to the villages. during our stay at Atour - we encounter raining day , when we go out (waiting for the hired car) the staff automatically passing us umbrellas. Atour also provide us with the free laundry - this free laundry not only provided machines and dryer, there always a staff that to assist you and take care of your laundry, when laundry completed - fold and put nicely into the laundry bag with your room number (some of them they even send it back to individual room). As a frequent traveler, hotel like Atour (Puning) should be a trend and this will be a winner for hotel service provider. Atour even have a library filled with many text books for our reading, all those books are very interesting cover many topic. Atour also provide a ” Tea session Place” for your convivence - which you would not be able to find elsewhere, I guessed after Atour, many other hotels might copy their concept as well."

"I don't even know where to begin! I've been staying in hotels for many years. Whenever my partner and I travel, we almost always choose well-known or landmark hotels. If you ask me why, I can only say that they generally offer safety, reliability, and excellent service. This was my first time staying in Puning, and the hotel we chose was Yunduo S Hotel. Let me tell you all about it: Here are my personal recommendations and insights. First off, I booked this hotel through Trip.com. I distinctly remember my partner and I looked at numerous hotels, both expensive and affordable. However, Yunduo S Hotel really stood out to me as offering comprehensive quality, much like a well-rounded product – it truly ticks all the boxes. Let's start with the service. The attention to detail was impeccable. Upon check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and helpful information. While I wouldn't say I was 'moved' to tears, I was certainly very satisfied. I clearly recall there were some male guests checking in at the same time who were quite rude and complaining loudly. Yet, the front desk staff handled them with remarkable composure and politeness. Seeing this level of professionalism convinced me I had made the right choice in picking this hotel. As for cleanliness, I wouldn't say it's the absolute best, but it was excellent. The room was very spacious, and every room has a window, making them bright. I really liked the room layout – it wasn't strictly business-oriented, nor was it a themed room; I'd say it offered a very suitable blend of styles. Chatting with a staff member, I learned that the hotel has undergone many positive changes since the new manager arrived, especially in improving room quality and hygiene. Regarding the facilities and amenities, while they might not be luxury brands, they were of good quality and worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, and the TV, wardrobe, and shower were all excellent and looked brand new. And speaking of security, I was surprised to see staff members in black uniforms walking around. I learned they were security patrols. This hotel takes security very seriously; I even took photos. Whether or not they were actively doing something, just seeing them made us guests feel much safer and more comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good. It was a buffet with a wide variety of options, including bread, which I particularly enjoy. Finally, a word about their laundry service – it was excellent! They helped us wash and dry our clothes and then returned them to us. It was a complete, one-stop service, hahahaha! Seriously, this hotel is doing an amazing job in Puning!"

"The hotel is generally good. It is convenient to go anywhere in the city center, there are many places to eat, the room is good, and it is relatively quiet outside at night, but the corridor soundproofing is not very good. There are still people talking after 2 o'clock in the morning. The service needs to be improved. I met a male manager at the door and asked him to send 2 bottles of water. He agreed, but he didn't send it. The breakfast is not bad. As a third-tier city, Puning's hotel prices are still high in the off-season."

"Facilities: How should I put it? This is a renovated old hotel. It looks quite new on the surface, but the facilities are actually quite old. We booked three suites, and some of the toilets were so small that people couldn't get in. The supporting facilities were disproportionate. The sixth and seventh floors of his hotel are also theirs, with a different hotel name, but it's new. We were later moved to the upper floors, which was more comfortable. Hygiene: OK Environment: Quite lively. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: Good"

"The mattress had the perfect firmness. The room came with Tencent Video VIP access, which was a nice bonus. However, the projector system was quite basic; its brightness was insufficient, requiring all other lights to be off for viewing. The autofocus feature wasn't great either, often failing to focus properly even in total darkness, leading to a blurry image. On the positive side, the room had a comfortable long sofa, perfect for lounging, and a small workspace ideal for a laptop. Simple tea-making facilities were also provided, which was appreciated. A minor issue was the conspicuously placed condom vending machine, which might be awkward for parents traveling with children. The sink was located outside the bathroom, with the mirror angled towards the bed. The light from the mirror's power button was disruptive at night, requiring me to cover it. The bathroom itself was spacious and convenient, a definite plus, and a drying rack was available, which was helpful. Plastic slippers were also provided. Laundry detergent wasn't provided, which was a minor inconvenience, though the hotel does offer self-service laundry facilities. Soundproofing in the room was average, but it was generally quiet at night. However, as the hotel is located at an intersection and not on a high floor, car noises from below were audible early in the morning. It's advisable to request a higher floor for a better experience. Downstairs, there were plenty of breakfast options. However, I wouldn't recommend the two hotpot restaurants nearby, San Niu and Yi Zhi Niu, as their quality has significantly declined."

"The lady at the front desk 01 was very prompt and received the check-in quickly and enthusiastically. The room was very clean and the hotel was in a very good location, very close to the high-speed rail station. The room was also upgraded to a free room type and free breakfast. There was a parking lot at the door, which was very convenient."

The breakfast may be too crowded, so it is not updated very quickly It is difficult to get a taxi during the Spring Festival (the worst experience in Puning, there was no bus stop after waiting for half a day, and the Gaode map algorithm showed that the bus was vacant). I chose the high-speed rail station pick-up service booked by the hotel. I contacted the front desk more than an hour in advance as required, and they said they would contact and reply, but there was no follow-up and no response, which was a bit disappointing.
