"The lady at the front desk arranged a south-facing room for me, thank you very much!
The breakfast may be too crowded, so it is not updated very quickly
It is difficult to get a taxi during the Spring Festival (the worst experience in Puning, there was no bus stop after waiting for half a day, and the Gaode map algorithm showed that the bus was vacant). I chose the high-speed rail station pick-up service booked by the hotel. I contacted the front desk more than an hour in advance as required, and they said they would contact and reply, but there was no follow-up and no response, which was a bit disappointing.
Fortunately, the taxi was called smoothly later"

"The hotel is at the entrance of the highway, easy to find! The hotel is nice, clean and hygienic, but there is no luggage stand. It can only be placed on the floor. It is inconvenient to get up and down to get things. Older people are afraid of fainting. The swimming pool opens at 3 p.m., and you can enter with your room card. I checked out the Chaoshan raw pickled food at the nearby Internet celebrity. It tastes good, but you have to check the number of dishes when you check out. You know it when you are away from home!"

"We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if we could check in early one day in advance and got a positive response. On the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a deluxe room because the room had not been cleaned yet. Five stars for the service of the guy who checked us in that day.
The room is large, the facilities are intact, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. It has everything you need, which is good."

"We travelled with our parents and booked two rooms. As we arrived early, the staff were very kind to arrange early check in . The room was very clean (thanks to the housekeeping ), spacious and provided everything you need . The lobby staff were all so friendly and helpful . They made us feel welcoming . Xi Cheng 夕辰had even WeChat me a list of recommended restaurants. We tried the 万逸福braised goose and 潮汕小厨，both were very good. We are grateful to her for helping us to locate my father-in-laws’s ancestral village also. I think we will stay in Atour for our future visit in China."

LLIONEL WEE KIATThis hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon.
The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well.
Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

GGuest UserFacilities: How should I put it? This is a renovated old hotel. It looks quite new on the surface, but the facilities are actually quite old. We booked three suites, and some of the toilets were so small that people couldn't get in. The supporting facilities were disproportionate. The sixth and seventh floors of his hotel are also theirs, with a different hotel name, but it's new. We were later moved to the upper floors, which was more comfortable.
Hygiene: OK
Environment: Quite lively. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient.

JJenson HiahIt’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

It is convenient to go anywhere in the city center, there are many places to eat, the room is good, and it is relatively quiet outside at night, but the corridor soundproofing is not very good. There are still people talking after 2 o'clock in the morning. The service needs to be improved. I met a male manager at the door and asked him to send 2 bottles of water. He agreed, but he didn't send it. The breakfast is not bad.
As a third-tier city, Puning's hotel prices are still high in the off-season.

TTangtang05Booked to watch Yingge Dance, the location is right next to People's Park, booked early and the price is OK, the room location and view are OK, the surrounding area is all tricycles with local characteristics, which is good, but it's a pity that there are no shared battery cars, otherwise you can ride a donkey to go wherever you want, the hotel front desk is very enthusiastic
