"Atour Hotel @ Puning gave us the best experience like our own home, the warm hospitality provided by front counter staff - excellent. They taking care of each checking in guests so detail that until they have prepared raincoat & mosquito repellent for our short visit to the villages. during our stay at Atour - we encounter raining day , when we go out (waiting for the hired car) the staff automatically passing us umbrellas. Atour also provide us with the free laundry - this free laundry not only provided machines and dryer, there always a staff that to assist you and take care of your laundry, when laundry completed - fold and put nicely into the laundry bag with your room number (some of them they even send it back to individual room). As a frequent traveler, hotel like Atour (Puning) should be a trend and this will be a winner for hotel service provider.
Atour even have a library filled with many text books for our reading, all those books are very interesting cover many topic.
Atour also provide a ” Tea session Place” for your convivence - which you would not be able to find elsewhere, I guessed after Atour, many other hotels might copy their concept as well."

"The mattress had the perfect firmness. The room came with Tencent Video VIP access, which was a nice bonus. However, the projector system was quite basic; its brightness was insufficient, requiring all other lights to be off for viewing. The autofocus feature wasn't great either, often failing to focus properly even in total darkness, leading to a blurry image.
On the positive side, the room had a comfortable long sofa, perfect for lounging, and a small workspace ideal for a laptop. Simple tea-making facilities were also provided, which was appreciated. A minor issue was the conspicuously placed condom vending machine, which might be awkward for parents traveling with children.
The sink was located outside the bathroom, with the mirror angled towards the bed. The light from the mirror's power button was disruptive at night, requiring me to cover it. The bathroom itself was spacious and convenient, a definite plus, and a drying rack was available, which was helpful. Plastic slippers were also provided.
Laundry detergent wasn't provided, which was a minor inconvenience, though the hotel does offer self-service laundry facilities. Soundproofing in the room was average, but it was generally quiet at night. However, as the hotel is located at an intersection and not on a high floor, car noises from below were audible early in the morning. It's advisable to request a higher floor for a better experience.
Downstairs, there were plenty of breakfast options. However, I wouldn't recommend the two hotpot restaurants nearby, San Niu and Yi Zhi Niu, as their quality has significantly declined."

It is difficult to get a taxi during the Spring Festival (the worst experience in Puning, there was no bus stop after waiting for half a day, and the Gaode map algorithm showed that the bus was vacant). I chose the high-speed rail station pick-up service booked by the hotel. I contacted the front desk more than an hour in advance as required, and they said they would contact and reply, but there was no follow-up and no response, which was a bit disappointing.
Fortunately, the taxi was called smoothly later"

The laundry room was also spacious with many washing machines, and what surprised me most was that the laundry detergent was antibacterial and suitable even for children's clothes. There was also a gym. Overall, this stay was incredibly comfortable, and I will definitely stay here again."

"Hotel facilities: I suggest adding a non-slip mat in the bathroom. I almost fell barefoot. There are rubber slippers, but my shoes probably got soaked and smelled, so I didn't wear them. The front desk service greeted me warmly, which is not available in other hotels at this price. I especially like the foot soaking service. I drove all day and was exhausted. I came back to the hotel and took a bath and soaked my feet comfortably. There is a charging station at the door of the hotel, which is very friendly and convenient for friends who take trams. The breakfast variety is relatively simple, but it's pretty good, but pay attention to the non-slip service in the bathroom!"

JJenson HiahIt’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

AAnonymous UserOur stay at this hotel was quite good. The decor was nice, the room was clean with no strange odors, and it had great natural light. In the evenings, they even brought fresh fruit and snacks, which was a lovely touch.
The service was very attentive; anything we needed was just a phone call away. The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around, with a commercial food street right nearby.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I bring my parents to visit.

BBaozhaluosiCome to Yinglaoye and stay in Puning for one night. Yinglaoye was closed too late on the night of check-in, and it was already past 12 o'clock when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk warmly welcomed us and helped to upgrade the room. The room was clean and tidy. It was acceptable for this price.

GGuest UserIt is very convenient to travel by car, eat and visit attractions in the surrounding area. The room is quite big. The floor is higher than the surrounding area and the windows are not blocked. If a large family lives together, connected rooms will be arranged. If you continue to stay, the room will be cleaned and all the bed sheets and quilt covers will be changed.
