You can tell that this was once a fine hotel. The staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was great although breakfast was a little sparse. The beds were quite firm but comfortable. The shower was over the bath and there was heating but no air conditioning. It was noisy from early in the morning as breakfast started at 5. Take ear plugs. Well located near the town square.

The hotel rooms are poorly designed and small. Our room faced the street and was noisy. Pillows & bed very uncomfortable. No space in bathroom to put your toiletries. We had a ripped shower curtain and only lukewarm water in the shower. It is definitely NOT 4 stars.

This is an old hotel that provides the basics. Spacious room but there is only a small space heater and it is 28 degrees at night. The room is clean, the beds are pretty hard. Breakfast is average and there is enough choices for most people. The best thing is that this hotel is located 1/2 block from the city plaza square where there is everything you could want.

Sobre todo su ubicacion es un punto a favor al estar al lado mismo de la Plaza de Armas, el personal es bastante amable y atento a las necesidades de uno. El desayuno es buffete pero sin embargo algo basico para un hotel de esta categoria. Al momento del check-out uno de mis clientes extravio la tarjeta de lectura de la habitación, que es en realidad una tajeta de plastico y nos cobraron 20 soles por esta ...no es el monto lo importante pero es inconcebible que se nos cobre por un pedazo de plastico.

Cet hôtel a été choisi par les organisateurs d’un voyage de groupe. Nous y avons couché 2 nuits. L’hôtel est très bien situé, étant dans le centre-ville à moins de 100 mètres de la grande place et de la cathédrale. La grandeur de la chambre était moyenne et avait un très grand lit. Il manquait d’éclairage. Nous avons pris un déjeuner et 1 souper et la nourriture était très bonne Le Wifi était assez robuste.

2 notti in questo hotel +camera ampia e confortevole + buona posizione vicino al centro di Puno + buona colazione a buffet soprattutto salata (dolce solo pane e marmellata e qualche pezzo di torta) a partire dalle 05.30 +persoanle cordiale, professionale e competente +camera fredda, meno male stufetta elettrica

Fuimos de visita a Puno con la familia y nos quedamos en este hotel por una noche. Fue imposible dormir. El hotel está lleno de ruidos. Hay un ruido permanente como de una turbina. Estamos en el 4to piso. Los enchufes dejaron de funcionar toda la noche y no pudimos cargar nuestros celularos o prender la tv. Durante la tarde sonó la puerta de nuestra habitacion y entraron dos turistas con sus maletas. Sólo atiné a mirarlas sin decir nada...increible, otra tarjeta podía abrir mi puerta! Me dijero que lo sienten mucho y se fueron. En buena hora yo estaba vestido... El baño está averiado y hace un sonido terrible. Tuvimos una mezcla de ambos sonidos toda la noche! La turbina (que pienso son lavadoras) y el baño averiado...imposible dormir, simplemente imposble. Hoy me toca manejar de regreso y no dormí nada. El hotel es bonito y está muy bien ubicado, es una pena que tengan estas falencias que hicieron de nuestra estadía una pesadilla. Aun tenemos algunas horas aquí. Esto podría empeorar.
