Hotels in Puno, Peru – Book at Best Prices 2026

"Located in central Puno near the old cathedral square so whatever tours you book there’s zero chance they don’t know where to pick u up. The little frustration (as in a lot of Latin American old towns) is that not every street in the old town is drivable. So say you booked a trip there’s a good chance you will walk two three blocks to jump on a bus but your tour guide will sort it out When people go Puno u usually either stay in the city or further out to be on a floating island. In my case I chose convenience over experience The hotel is generally clean. Breakfast is “alright” not pampered for choice but sufficient variety still Otherwise pretty no frills hotel. By the way they don’t give out free water here apart from your daily allocation of two bottles just buy from outside I wasn’t entirely sure the price is worth it I’ll never know I paid usd160 for two nights. Could have gone cheaper I suppose because it’s no more than a three star hotel experience wise either"

"The hotel is in a quiet street close to the main square and main streets too, just about 5-6 minutes walk. Very impressed by the excellent services of their staff, especially Jimena, who can speak fluent English and was so helpful to make calls for me to my guides upon my requests. I stayed there for two nights. And one very accommodating thing was that they had tea bags, coffee, hot water and cups ready in each floor of the hotel so everybody didn't need to go down stairs to get some hot drinks and simply walked out the room a little to get access to drinks whenever needed. So convenient and I was deeply impressed !! Details make differences and I think the hotel is doing excellent in this. The breakfast was quite nice too with many kinds of fresh fruits, and strong wifi and hot shower in room !! The price was absolutely at perfect value. Highly recommended !!"

What surprised me the most was the hotel buffet breakfast. This trip to Peru was definitely the first breakfast, perfect for the taste of the Oriental. Other hotels can hardly see hot stir-fried dishes for breakfast. Two Chinese hot stir-fried dishes are directly provided here, a mix of seasonal vegetables, green vegetables, carrots, zucchini, green peppers are fried together, fresh and refreshing; the other is Peruvian special beef stir-fried, beef with tomato and onion cooking, full of flavor. In addition, there are white porridge, boiled eggs, warm stomach. Fruits are rich in variety, watermelon, cantaloupe, papaya are all available, and three or four freshly squeezed juices are provided at the same time, and there are many choices. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the breakfast at that time. It was a pity that I stayed here for two nights and only enjoyed such a rich breakfast for two days. At breakfast, I often saw management personnel inspecting and filling in time, and the management was very standardized. This is not seen in other hotels, very good 👍 The hotel staff was warm and thoughtful. I planned to walk to the pier. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, stable and sufficient hot water, warm rooms, intimate and welcoming service, plus ceiling-level breakfast in Peru, this hotel has almost no shortcomings. If I come back to visit Lake Takata next time, I will definitely choose here again, highly recommended!"

"Hôtel charmant, situé entre les places de Pino Park et la Plaza de Armas, à l'écart de la circulation offrant un calme absolu pour les nuits. Accueil très charmant et bienveillant. Chambres agréables, propres, spacieuses, avec espace de rangement pour les bagages, et radiateur! Très bonne literie, avec couvertures bien chaudes. Salle de bain propre. Eau chaude. Sèche-cheveux disponible sur demande. Petit-déjeuner en buffet. On y retrouve les basiques (pain, oeufs, avocat, fromage, jus de fruits, café/thé/lait), et des pancakes. Petit bémol sur le manque de variation d'un jour à l'autre. Très bon rapport qualité-prix compte tenu de mes avantages fidélité appliqués à cette réservation."
