We traveled as a family group 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and our experience at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana 🏝️ was absolutely amazing ✨. The resort is stunning, with excellent dining 🍽️ and outstanding service 🙌. Special thanks to Franco, our butler 🎩, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to Manuel, the entertainer 🎉, for making our stay so fun and memorable 🌞. We will definitely be back! 💙

We had an amazing six night stay at the Hyatt Ziva. We have a 10 year old and there was so much for her to do the entire week. I am a foodie and food content creator and I enjoyed the food. There were some dishes that weren’t as seasoned as I would make them but that is to be expected when cooking for a large number of people. We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva in Cabo and wanted to experience the Punta Cana location and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

Best resort in Dominican Republic!! The place is gorgeous, the staff is very well trained, the food is delicious in the buffet and the restaurants. The water park was great and the nightly entertainment was always fun.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, was splendid. The food spread was also quite tasty. Definitely will come back and will recommend to everybody
