"Hotel is very outdated. Has bugs in the room. Bed sheets smelled bad like they didn’t dry all the way and sat in the washer for a while. Cleaning service was very rude. Walked in on my wife getting dressed and still continued to walk in after she told them she was naked. We got a transfer from the airport so they wouldn’t let them in to the resort since we didn’t hire transfer from them at the resort. Bad experience overall. All inclusive food and drinks were not the best."

"I stayed for a week and it was a great hotel! It had recently been fully renovated and was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly, especially Sucre, who was always busy and worked harder than anyone else. I'm so grateful that she kept my baby entertained during my stay. I heard other guests around me praising Sucre. In addition to the buffet, the restaurant offers a daily rotation of international cuisine. My husband and I are quite picky about food, but every restaurant and buffet was delicious! In terms of access, it's a little further from the airport than other all-inclusive hotels, but Uber is easily accessible so it wasn't a problem. I received good service and no tipping was pressured. I'd love to return to this hotel again."
