I had the most wonderful experience at the Hyatt! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel so welcomed and cared for, and they truly made my birthday extra special. From the thoughtful details to their warm hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. I felt celebrated and appreciated the entire time. I had such a great stay at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. The adults-only side was exactly what I wanted; relaxed, elevated, and never overcrowded but having the ability to pop over to the family side was a real win as I traveled with family of all ages. The food across the board was solid, and Shutters in particular really stood out with thoughtful dishes that felt a step above the usual resort options. The pools were always pristine, and the staff made the biggest impression: attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure I was taken care of. It felt effortless in the best way, which is rare for an all-inclusive. Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is more than just easy sunshine and cocktails, it’s a place that actually gets the details right.

10/10 -Hyatt Zilara certainly a place I highly recommend to anyone who wants to disconnect but still wants a good time great food and excellent customer service. Loved every part of it and enjoy my 5 days 4 nights.

I have heard many people raving about this place, but it is certainly not worth all the money they charge. On the family side, there is an infestation of roaches, and since they are exterminating, they are all over, dead and alive. There is zero entertainment, and the food is okay at most. The only positive is the staff, who are very welcoming and nice.
