Excellent hotel, very nice, modern, and clean; a nice, quiet atmosphere; the entertainment staff, Yireisy and Salami, were very attentive to us, going the extra mile in terms of being helpful and friendly; I consider this hotel a hidden gem, and it's excellent; we hope to return soon. The place Is brand New and the staff Is very Good and profesional I do recomend this place and the people in the front Design are very nice, especially the girl name YENDRI she goes above and beyond to help you with anything that you need.

Let me start off by saying that the staff there goes above and beyond from entering the resort til departing the resort. They were all very personable. Felt like we were around family. Juan Carlos and Yenhia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) greeted us first. Next we met Wilmer who makes the coffee beverages. Our room was great. We felt at home. It was very quiet and being on the top floor was nice. We throughoutly enjoyed ourselves. The food, the drinks, the pool, the beach and again the staff. I want to shout out some staff. Henry and Nunez served us drinks. Lidia greeted us during breakfast, lunch and dinner no matter where we were. Nunez and one of the chef provided me with aloe vera because my boyfriend was sunburned. Definitely went above and beyond. Yenhia decorated the room for our birthdays at my request. It was beautiful. Alejandro and Richard were also very friendly and made sure we had everything. They were fun to be around. All in all it was great. We were disappointed the pool and beach closed at 7 but we had each other and the entertainment til 11pm was great. I have no complaints at all. If you're looking to get away and be greeted by top notch staff, this is the place to go to. I do wish transportation off the resort was included but aside from that it was fantastic!

We had a great stay at the Bakour Hotel. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. However, the food selection was a bit disappointing. The buffet was quite small with limited variety, and it would be great to see more options offered in the future. That said, the service truly stood out. Luis Capellán was the best server we had during our stay—extremely friendly, professional, and always made us feel welcomed. His hospitality made a big difference. At the front desk, Loanyi Ortiz was also exceptional. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us. Her professionalism and warm attitude were truly appreciated. Overall, while the dining experience could use some improvement, the staff and accommodations made our stay enjoyable.

I returned to this resort for the second time this year and the experience just keeps getting better. I had a great time with my 9-year-old son. The staff were excellent and attentive. The room were comfortable, clean and the decor to die for, I wish I took pictures. Jose Manuel, Front Desk Manager, and Oscar Tapia, hotel's assistant manager. Provide the best customer service in all of Punta Cana. You'll always see them in the areas making sure everything is running smoothly and you are taken care off. Which makes your stay at BAKOUR PUNTA CANA SUITES extra memorable. Loved it again and definitely goin back.

Our time at the resort was great — the scenery was beautiful, the food was solid, and the atmosphere was super laid-back. What stood out most, though, was the staff, especially Alcides at the coral cocktail bar. He was always upbeat, attentive, and made a real effort to connect with everyone, even with a bit of a language barrier. Every day he greeted us with a smile, remembered our preferences, and made us feel welcome. His drinks were consistently great, and his energy really brought something extra to our days. On our last night, we had a chance to say goodbye, and it actually meant something. He made a real impression, and we appreciated how much he cared. We’re thankful for the experience and the people who made it feel personal — Alcides being one of them.

The resort was great and the staff overall were kind, but Alcides at the Koral Cocktail Bar near the front desk truly stood out. We found ourselves looking forward to seeing him every day—he made the whole bar experience enjoyable from start to finish. The language barrier didn’t stop him from connecting with every guest and making everyone feel welcome. He worked nonstop with a great attitude and made amazing drinks, but more than that, he made you feel like you were talking to a friend. Alcides brings so much value to the guest experience—we hope the resort recognizes how special he is.

The service was overall good, and the employees were nice. The food was good too, and the amenities and bedrooms were clean. At first, the bedrooms air conditioner was not working very well, but we informed at the front desk, and they helped us. They changed us to another room the other day. Yendry, is a front desk employee and she attend us very well all of our staying at the hotel, she kept the communication from the airport, until our arrival, during our stay, until the last minutes of the trip in Punta Cana's Bakour Hotel. Leonardo from the buffet was so kind, he always received us with a smile. And Lauris was very nice too. They were all very attentive and remembered us all. Henry from the outside bar behind the pool was excellent, he treated us very respectful, always with a great smile on his face, and the drinks and cocktails he made were great! Wilmer, from the coffee bar at the lobby was very sociable, kind and helpful. Some of us were sick and he prepared us a natural remedy to feel better. Overall, the service was nice!
