Absolutely perfect!! The resort location, the apartment lovely and clean (cleaned daily). The food, great variety and the 2 restaurants we booked were lovely. Staff and entertainment staff amazing, kids club fab my daughter didn't want to leave

Well we're do I start no cot when we arrived asked 3 times for one as we had a two year old who also ended up with gastroenteritis with diarrhea went & got medication from pharmacy he had this from weds till Sunday on & off !! Food not great 😕 too many flies on food for my liking!! Some staff very nice some not so nice 😕 where evening intertainment was held very hot & I thought quite late starting when you have little ones! My son went & had a surprise cake made for me which was fantastic but as we were about to leave was accused of not paying for it even though purchased on his phone!! He did get confirmation when we got back home he had paid. Sorry but you don't acuse when they have the evidance in front of you!! The female on duty was addiment my son had to pay again & would be refunded when we returned home!!! My son refused & stood his ground as was right to do so!! I would not return 😒

Absolutely fantastic resort with some of the friendliest staff I’ve experienced. From reception to waiting staff, cleaners and entertainment staff, the friendliest hotel we’ve stayed at. Nothing is too much trouble. A credit to the Insotel group. This is a fantastic hotel/Spa and 10/10 hardly does it justice. From the amazing array of food which changes daily in the buffet restaurant, through to the a la carte restaurants on site, you are spoilt for choice on the food front. Then there is the choice of the pools. We only used the top pool found at the north of the site. Much deeper, quieter and less kids, adjoined by the Il Faro restaurant where you can get lunch, drinks and snacks throughout the day. We also enjoyed an evening meal here (pre booked). The south pool and splash pools for the kids, coupled with the various water slides means you’ll never be bored of where to swim and sun bathe. The entertainment and artistic teams put on fabulous shows on an evening which is mixed with third party acts. We saw a Mowtown group from South Africa, an acrobatic act from Mongolia and another circus type act from somewhere I cannot remember. The effort put in and the quality of performers is really excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend this for couples and families alike. A fantastic holiday on the beautiful island of Menorca.

Incredible week away! From the first minute to the last we had a great time. The service was top notch, the room was cleaned daily and food was nice a varied. Kids club was great as well and the location has everything you need to break up the days. Would definitely return!

Positives- apartments very big & cleaned well The grounds of the hotel are immaculate Lovely pool areas and always sun beds available Lots of parks, splash pool & slides for the kids Negatives- food was always cold and not much choice would be nice to have burger/hotdog/toasties available on the snackbars for the kids, also scooped ice cream at mealtimes would of been better then the usual pre packaged ones that's were available all day, will admit the food let this hotel experience down for us. Everything starts late! Pools open late, entertainment wasn't on until late, food restaurant opens late, if your an early bird/ with children seems like your waiting around alot. I read a review of a lady saying one of the men workers was on her room in the middle of the night & nothing was done to resolve the issue. As a lone woman with 2 children this effected me sleeping at night due to be worried which shouldn't happen I should feel safe on my holiday. The town itself is very very quite small cove Beach 3 restaurants 3 shops if your looking for a lively area this is not the place to come. We have a lovely holiday overall but I don't think I would return.

Don't listen to the negatives the hotel is excellent in all areas Location good, facilities very good, food is also very good there are tge usual ussues with all inclusive food such as ot as warm as it could be but always found something to our taste Staff are very friendly and helpful no complaints at all Would definitely cone back as we think it is far better than most all inclusive Well done jeep it up

Having just returned from holiday here, I can honestly say this is one of the best holidays I've had. Don't get me wrong it's not on par with other 5 star hotels I've been to, but it's exactly what we were looking for in a family resort. Starting with our room, it was perfectly situated, overlooking the sea and close to the hotel bar, restaurant and bottom pool. It has everything you need and it's well thought out. The bed was very comfy and we had a travel cot for our 2 year old (2YO) which he slept very well in. It had a small kitchen area and bath and shower which worked great. Our 2YO was happy playing in the bath as we got showered and ready. The food was a standard buffet. We found the food was very nice and varied. The staff were very attentive and nothing was an issue. This was a common theme throughout the hotel as the staff were always more than helpful. We had one al a carte restaurant slot and chose the Italian, which was a very nice 3 course meal. All the drinks throughout the hotel were premium and they seemed to stock everything you could think of. The pools were great and very varied for all needs. We spent most of our time at the splash park as our 2YO loved it there. It was perfect for him to run around and play. We spent most of our time in the water with him. Getting a sunbed was never an issue. There is a small shop on site which sells most things you need. The local area is beautiful and we recommend both the beach and the ting ting train which stops outside of the hotel. Overall we loved this hotel and will be returning as it was perfect for a young family.

This was our ninth time to Insotel Punta Prima and our son and daughter in laws first time. We were not disappointed. Our apartment had a large walk in shower with plenty of grab rails. Likewise the toilet was mobility friendly too. (I had asked for a level walk in shower because of my mobility). The room was really spacious, likewise the bedrooms too. Lovely and clean and comfy beds. Cleaners came everyday and did a good job and really friendly. The pool areas are good. There were plenty of sun beds. Very clean. A pool bar serving soft and alcoholic drinks. There’s even a coffee machine. Food was very good. Plenty of choice at every meal. We booked the Italian restaurant twice and had a three course meal. Excellent. We did book the Xoroi Grill also one evening, which is next to the pool. Food was excellent here too, but unfortunately we could not have our sweet due to torrential rain. All the staff are helpful and friendly. We once again enjoyed our 10 days here and hopefully will return in the future.
