"The hotel service is excellent, very pleasant, you have the beach close by, in the same hotel there is a bar to have a drink whenever you want. The pool was excellent, everything neat and clean. A place to relax and have a great time Without a doubt I would repeat again 🙌"

"A lovely, friendly hotel. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful when asked for help. The cleanliness was excellent. We always managed to find enough sun loungers and the pool was great and never too busy. I am not a foodie and so was happy with the food but I suppose some guests may have higher expectations - remember this is a 3 star hotel. The hotel has parasols to use on the beach - just ask at reception. The shower in our room was excellent and the air conditioning was cool enough but without it feeling cold at night. Previous reviewers have said about the mosquitoes and so I took loads of repellant, after-bite and the bracelets - didn't experience any problems and so didn't need them but perhaps it depends on the time of year. Thank you Hotel Xaloc Playa for a lovely holiday."

"Fantastic holiday. The hotel staff are very helpful, we had a family room which were 2 connecting rooms , 3 balcony's in total in a lovely quiet corner of the complex. Cleaners came every day. The choice of pools were good, always sun loungers available. Food was good with plenty of choice. We didn't find the cups any problem at all, they are just for around the bar / pool area and the pool bar exchange them for clean ones at any time. Glasses are available in the buffet dining room. The lovely beach is just a few minutes stroll away."

"Lovely complex of 60 self catering apartments set in pretty gardens and surrounding a swimming pool. There is a bar and restaurant on site and a games room for children. Good sized apartments; the kitchen has a two ring hob, fridge with icebox, combi microwave. Rituals shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. All the staff friendly and helpful. WiFi isn’t brilliant! We’re used to mugs of tea so the little cups in the kitchen took a bit of getting used to! Punta Prima is a quiet resort with about half a dozen restaurants, pharmacy, gift shop, and 3 well stocked supermarkets - one of which is across the road from Reception. Nice beach and a market couple of times a week. There are great walks to do but all have hills."
