The hotel is visually stunning, especially at night, and has wonderful views. Some of the staff, however, seem uninterested in the guests. While is would stay there again, I believe they could do better with very little effort. Some of the team, not all, just seemed unmotivated.

Incredible stay was had. Professional and welcoming staff, gorgeous grounds, big cold pool, beautiful views, probably the best food we’ve had all trip in India - both the Indian food available & the wide range of western food available which I really needed due to having gut issues. The chef La La Jam deserves acknowledgement in that! And Mukesh Rawat provided great service to us. The beds are soft and comfortable and have duvets/doona’s which we loved as that can be rare to come across in India for accommodation. Probably had the best sleep here that we’ve had all trip. The women and men who maintain the grounds throughout the day are so friendly and warming - we felt so welcome and looked after. We leave tomorrow & just wish we could have stay longer!!!

We stayed for three nights. We had senior citizen mother with us. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view is excellent. Buffet breakfast has lots of options. Food and service is good. Staff members are polite, helpful, and courteous.

We had a warm welcome from the manager Virendea Singh. Breakfasts are just perfect with a taste of India and also continental. The bedrooms are just amazing with a balcony overlooking Pushkar. It was such a nice expérience. I highly recommend this hotel.

A serene place away from lake yet close too (around 700 mt.) Construction is old but quite good in a regal way. The owner even keeps a horse at the site in a separate enclosure. Rooms are spacious and the balcony is overlooking the town and Pushkar Lake, presents a beautiful view, specially in the evening when the city lights are on. Food is excellent and was customised according to our needs. Special mention of the staff, Sonu, who took extra care to make it compliant for my wife who is gluten and dairy intolerant. The garden and the pool present a majestic view. Front office staff was courteous and helping so was the support staff at the gate. Mattresses were comfortable. Cons: linen was not up to the mark, have turned stiff because of excessive cleaning with chlorine. Bathroom could have little better lighting. No hanging place for the clothes in the bathroom. Only hotel that gives you moisturiser, half filled in the bottle.

Nice property, expansive with lots of greens. Friendly and hospitable staff. A couple of points which the team may work on (1) slight stink in the washrooms perhaps through the plumbing (2) The food portions though large did fall short of expectations on taste. These however are minor details when measured against the overall great stay experience and the friendliness/made to feel at home by the staff in this beautiful property.

Excellent service and food was amazing hospitality and welcoming warmly thier staff and management was very polite and well mannered specially Mr. Virendra Singh was doing excellent job and their team was superb service thanks to all keep it up !!!!!!!

The hotel was just superb. There is nothing that is not nice. The ambience, the rooms, the food, the staff especially Virender at the reception and Puran Singh in the restaurant. Absolutely fantastic. Enjoyed every moment. U must stay in this hotel whenever in Pushkar.
