"Govind was very kind and allowed me to check in at 6:30am when my bus arrived. He also gave me his WhatsApp number in case I needed anything. He was super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very well located. The only issue I had is that the room was absolutely filthy. The bathroom, all surfaces, walls, etc were dirty and grimy. I had to use wipes just to be able to put my stuff on the shelves and tables. I would have loved to stay longer if it had been clean. It’s too bad because the location was great and Govind was also an excellent host."

We shared a reference photo of what we envisioned for our son's birthday, and they executed it flawlessly. Walking into the decorated room was an absolute delight for him! ​Food & Beverage: The F&B team was exceptional and took great care of us across all meals. A special shout-out to Chef Nitin, who crafted a wonderful, delicious birthday cake that made our celebration extra sweet. The variety of activities kept our son thoroughly entertained: ​Cupcake Making with Gaurav Singh: A fantastic workshop—Gaurav was wonderfully polite, patient, and engaging with the kids. ​Creative & Fun Experiences: The towel art and geese feeding were lovely touches that added extra charm to our stay. ​Recreation & Outdoor Fun: Horse riding, camel cart riding, the toy train, mini-theater, kids' play area, and the expansive swimming pool made for non-stop enjoyment. ​Constructive Feedback: ​Bicycles: The guest cycles need maintenance, as several were not functioning properly. ​Room Maintenance: The ceiling fan regulator in our room was faulty and could not be adjusted. ​Overall, these minor points did not take away from the fantastic experience and heartwarming hospitality provided across all departments. "Beautiful hotel and like no other in Pushkar. What a magnificent building. Great rooms with balconies that overlook a peaceful garden or a panorama of the city. Lush garden that you can spend your evenings in looking at the sky. It’s far enough from the hectic town but close enough to walk to it easily. Also a beautiful pool too. But the best of all is the staff - super helpful, nice and friendly. Mr Virendra Singh is the best! Thank you to the team!"

"Very Disappointing Experience – Extremely Rude Staff My experience at Rawai Luxury Tent was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the staff. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, the staff were arrogant, disrespectful, and showed very little concern for the guests. For a property that presents itself as “luxury,” such behaviour is completely unacceptable. Good hospitality is not just about the property or facilities—it is primarily about how guests are treated, and unfortunately, the staff failed badly in this regard. I would strongly suggest the management take this feedback seriously and train their staff in basic guest service and professional conduct. A luxury property cannot justify rude behaviour towards its guests. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and based on the way we were treated, I would not recommend Rawai Luxury Tent."
