位置超方便，離車站位置近。房間佈置得很温馨，衞生做得超細緻，連桌面都沒一點灰塵，服務也很暖心，行李多的時候工作人員主動幫忙搬運，還貼心提醒注意防曬。住得舒服又省心，性價比拉滿，下次還選這家！

我是個酒店管理者，作為一個內行，客觀的簡評一下美豪麗致酒店，從名字看，應該是美豪酒店集團旗下的，出行非常方便，出高鐵站就是酒店，性價比很高，這價位能住這種設施的酒店，非常不錯了！不管硬件設施還是服務態度都很不錯的，房間配套非常不錯，布草很乾凈！空調效果很好，熱水出水快！是出差旅行的最佳選擇。另外給幾個小建議，入住的五分鐘回訪電話稍微有一點潦草，太過於直接，客户不是上帝，客户是朋友，跟朋友之間怎麼聊天，建議培訓好話術，不是所有客人都會喜歡這個電話的打擾，但是沒人會介意跟朋友聊兩句，住中，住後這兩個回訪電話，利用得當，是能夠提升好評轉化率的，反之則會差評。房間礦泉水太小了，天氣太熱，雖然有四瓶，而且公區也有自助取水的地方（自助取水是空的，如果設定了點，就要隨時檢查有沒有，不然這項服務是會扣分的）熱天很多酒店基本上大部分都標配四瓶500ml。衞生間沒有一次性馬桶墊，對於部分旅客可能會有一些不方便。通過觀察，這是一個剛開業不久的酒店，從前廳部到客房、公區、餐廳，還有許多細節需要慢慢完善。就不一一細説，期待你們做的更好，做好收益，要想提升OTA瀏覽量以及訂單轉化率，服務一定要做好，當然也不僅僅是針對OTA，門市客，協議客，等等都要一視同仁，切勿區別對待，服務就是變現，就是收益。產品再好，沒有温度也是白搭，員工要理解賓至如歸四個字的含金量，雖然你們也是大型酒店管理集團旗下的，我也衹是客觀的給一些建議，酒店頂樓可能因為機器原因，建議不安排給睡眠不好的客人，會引起投訴，還請海涵！做有温度的酒店，做有情懷的酒店人！

房間乾淨整潔明亮舒適，這次入住酒店真的超滿意！房間打掃得一塵不染，衞生間也沒有任何異味，潔癖黨表示極度舒適，看得出來酒店在衞生方面下了大功夫。房間空間寬敞，佈局合理，完全沒有一異味，衞浴區與房間還有一個玻璃隔斷，設計相當到位！
