"Over the years, the Shangri-La hotel that left the deepest impression on me was the one in Jing'an, Shanghai. Coming to Putian, I wanted to relive that experience, and sure enough, during check-in, I immediately recognized that unique Shangri-La style. Ricky upgraded us to the best river-view room overlooking the ancient bridge. The good weather also made our single-day trip unforgettable and wonderful. A big thank you to Ricky at the front desk for letting us experience the distinctive cultural charm of Shangri-La once again."

"I rarely leave reviews, but Putian Keisi Hotel is an exception. The entire decor is top-notch, absolutely no strange odors, and the modern, light-luxury Zen style feels both upscale and comfortable. The room is super spacious, with ceilings over 3 meters high, which is very pleasant. There's also a courtyard view outside the window, quite unique – you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into it. The most surprising feature was the smart voice control system; I could control the lights, air conditioning, and curtains just by speaking, which was incredibly high-tech. The cleanliness was also satisfactory, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The 6th-floor rooftop garden, restaurant, tea room, and gym are all conveniently located in one place. The breakfast was a fantastic blend of Western, Chinese, and local specialties. The location is also great, close to Wanda Plaza and Xinghuafu Historical District, making travel very convenient. This was the most stress-free stay I've ever had!"

"This is my second time visiting Putian and my third time staying here. The area is quite lively, and there's a good selection of items at the market behind the hotel, making shopping very convenient. There's also an underground parking garage right downstairs, which is super handy. Plus, a new self-service gym just opened on the second floor of the building, and it's pretty decent. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff are very prompt and provide excellent service. If you're not sure what to eat, just ask the front desk staff for recommendations – they're great!"

"Staying here was such a comfortable experience! The front desk staff were thoughtful and polite, and the bellhops were proactive and offered excellent service. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, with a well-designed layout that felt very comfortable. The pool was large and the water quality was clean. This is a hotel I'd definitely return to again and again, haha. Breakfast was decent, though there weren't any particularly memorable or signature dishes. Overall, highly recommended!"
