Front office do not speak English but they tried their best. Cleanliness can be improved and of course room facilities. The only good thing is the location as it’s close to downtown.

The actual situation is seriously inconsistent with the promotion. Guests have to fry eggs for breakfast. There is very little food and the quantity is small. Even with breakfast, I was hungry. The room facilities are not perfect and small. I couldn't turn on the lights in the morning. I don't know if it is limited. Electricity, transportation is inconvenient, and the sound insulation is very poor. In short, it feels like false advertising.

入住當天洗手間的捲紙衹剩三分之一，是用過的。
訂房間的時候沒有看到包含早餐，帶着孩子在前台諮詢時希望送 1份早餐，被無情的拒絕。因為工作原因距離近，第二天又續一天，房卡還被鎖了。總之 很冷清的一個酒店 沒有點人情味 這麼多年攜程第一個差評送你了。

莆田出差，朋友推薦的，個人感覺很不錯，枕頭睡的很舒服！打掃很及時也很乾凈！晚上夜宵太晚會有機器人送餐！前台的小姐姐們也是很熱情！處理問題非常及時！

辛苦了一天，這雙腳終於有地安放了，最喜歡佩斯酒店這拖鞋，給我温暖、踏實的感覺，星級酒店拖鞋，愛了愛了。每次岀差都喜歡住這家店，從前台到房務阿姨，服務都超熱情，房間衞生乾淨，環境也舒適。早餐也不錯，這次沒訂早餐，下次再體驗。不管怎樣整體感覺都不錯，必須給個👍👍
