The service is very good, the front desk and the boss who drinks tea next to you will chat with you and provide information. The shuttle service to and from the island pier: very convenient, the master is very good. The picture and the house actually match. The boss and staff are very good, the people are very simple, there will be no sales. Many places will tell you how to go, the battery car will also tell you where to rent a car, the location of the homestay is very good, the traffic, and the photo check-in are very convenient, the whole journey is great."

The welcome tea upon check-in, the complimentary bottled water and snacks in the room, and the warm bottled water and souvenirs upon check-out – such thoughtful touches! The front desk service was warm and efficient, our takeout was delivered quickly via robot, and they resolved issues quickly too. The value for money was unbeatable. Wanda Plaza is right next to the hotel, with lots of delicious snacks. Highly recommended! "Great location! It's a short walk to the Xinghua Mansion Historical Block, and there are plenty of snack shops downstairs. The room was quiet; even on the 16th floor, we didn't experience any noise from the room or the hallway. The three of us slept very comfortably. The air conditioning was super cold, we turned it off before bed and still didn't feel hot."

"I just experienced this newly opened four-star hotel, and it completely exceeded my expectations – I have to give it a huge thumbs up! The hotel lobby is decorated luxuriously and grandly; the moment you walk in, you're struck by its quality. There's also free coffee, tea, and welcome snacks, showing great attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The room is spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet sophisticated new Chinese style. The bedding is top-tier, just the right firmness, and paired with 100% blackout curtains, the sleep experience is absolutely perfect. The facilities are impeccable: a whole-room smart control system, a wet/dry separated bathroom with a smart toilet, and even the toiletries are high-quality. The room also thoughtfully includes a Kung Fu tea set and a refrigerator. The hotel's amenities are super comprehensive, with a gym, laundry room, large parking lot with charging stations – everything you could need. The robot delivery service is fast and convenient, perfectly meeting both business and leisure travel needs."

"The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and transportation. Several local snack shops I tried were quite good, comparable to larger establishments. The hotel is newly renovated but had very little paint odor. The room facilities were excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was significantly better than typical chain hotels in the same price range. The staff were very attentive and helpful. However, the motion-sensor nightlight was inexplicably installed on the ceiling; if you are sensitive to light, getting up at night might disrupt your sleep. Overall, it offers great value for money."

"Staying at this Atour in Putian during the National Day holiday was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel is very new, and the room was spacious and not cramped at all. The huge TV was perfect for binge-watching shows. The 'Midnight Congee' service and breakfast were both excellent. The congee was soft and silky, and there was a great variety of steamed dim sum and side dishes – it was really comforting and thoughtful late at night. What's even better is that it wasn't crowded during the National Day holiday, so check-in and using the facilities were smooth sailing, no queues at all. It offers incredible value for money; I'll definitely be back!"

"The room was great, definitely up to Holiday Inn standards. The view was fantastic, overlooking a beautiful wetland park. The facilities were excellent, with a charging station right at the entrance. The service attitude was absolutely top-notch, full marks for that! Full marks! 1. There was fresh fruit in the room, and the Putian pomelo was wonderfully sweet and refreshing. 2. They kindly helped me heat up the duck head I brought from Quzhou and even provided new bowls. 3. I left my iPad behind, and they were very responsive and helped me mail it back promptly."
