#衞生房間很舊的怪味，衞生間**味，沒有暖氣的空調如**耳朵。早餐更是少得不能再少，沒有乾糧衹喝稀飯，8點半去吃説太遲了，吃被別的客人吃光或帶走了，一句抱歉的話也沒有，向前台負責人反映後也沒説怎麼解決，我們準備收拾東西走了才説早餐可以去吃，要求路早帶走不可以，那之前為什麼説別的客人連吃帶拿的呢！這是我歷年來旅行所定房最差的一次沒有之一！莆田東莊鎮，莆田醫療造就很富的地方，待人接物如此這般丟中國人臉，可悲！#服務大冬天花244一間，沒有暖氣，早餐冰冷，講得理直氣壯，真箇財大氣粗，這樣的酒店怎麼**去哪兒立足的！

離碼頭比較近，房間很大，整面牆的窗子非常可，早上陽光灑進來感覺很美好，還送了早餐券，全家都比較滿意的一次住宿

酒店衞生極差，地毯多發黑，衞生多沒做，小妹服務態度也是極品差，還無緣無故扣了我按金55元，對這家酒店簡直無語，幾十年住酒店最差的入住體驗。
