The cleanliness of the room and facilities are not 5 stars hotel standard, and there is a strong odor in bathroom. The hotel is managed by Hilton group? Sad to say, I really doubt it.

A little far from downtown and the attractions but you’ll be driving or in a cab anyway, there is no walking in Putian. The newest and definitely most pleasant of the five star hotels in the city. The park next door is charming, and the hot spring is very pleasant, although there is some controversy as to whether the hot spring has the correct water overflow/replacement to make sure the water is being renewed isn’t dead water. Note that despite nominally being a non smoking hotel, the floor we were on reeked with smoke with one room propping the door open while smoking and cleaning staff passed by without batting an eyelid. Rooms are big, well equipped and there are the expected Shangrila touches. Would definitely choose this hotel to stay in over any other in the city.

I have been to Putian to watch the iron flower making for two consecutive years. This time I stayed at Putian Yuehua Hotel. The whole hotel is quite large and is divided into many areas. I would like to thank the beautiful Lu Mulian for helping me transfer the taxi fare in her busy schedule and enthusiastically providing tourism information related to Putian. If I come to watch the iron flower making next year, I will come again^^

The room facilities are good, newly renovated, but the front desk staff is not professional enough, the service awareness is poor, the wireless network password was not informed in the room, nor was it informed during check-in. Convenient location to visit Meizhoudao. Hotel is well maintained. Breakfast food is good, plenty of selection. Hotel staff upgraded us to a bigger room and free breakfast, without us asking. Friendly staff recommended a local eatery , good food and value for money. Will go to this hotel if I go to Putian again

Room and toilet is clean. However the toilet flashing system wasn’t working well for 2 days. Breakfast selection is good but the service staff are fairly rude.
