Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings. We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! This community is very safe. There are also convenience stores nearby. The security guards downstairs are also very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and the location is very close to a nearby mall. But the furnitures are worn out and even the tv has limited choices of channels. We chose the place as it was walking distance to the mall but the route was blocked due to construction and we had to walk a bit further to get to the mall. They did say the hotel is undergoing some renovations so hopefully it’ll turn out better once it’s complete.
