Top 5-Star Hotels in Qesm Sharm Ash Sheikh

My other half and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2024 and we bloth had a great time. Works were going on to the top swimming pool, but they didn't affect our use or enjoyment of the hotel. It should look great when it's finished. My first mention is Ahmed the chef in the main restaurant. He was fantastic. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat tomato. On many nights Ahmed would cook me a special pasta with all the things I love in it. There were also many nights when I could easily eat off the the buffet. If there was anything I wanted, I just had to ask. Ahmed also cooked up some wonderful meals for my boyfriend. I loved the chocolate fountain and there was always a supply of lovely strawberries and bananas to dip in it. My next mention is to another Ahmed who served in the restaurant. A very lovely man who helped to make our holiday special and was always on hand to help with anything. We rarely had to ask for another drink. The swimming pool attendants were also always willing to help with anything, and the staff behind the downstairs bar were always friendly and helpful. We hardly used the upstairs bar. There was always nightly entertainment, almost all of which was good/excellent. One night was not the usual standard, but it gave us a good laugh. Our room was a good standard and was always kept clean and well stocked. There are lots of steps, which is not surprising when a hotel is built into a cliff, but there was a regular cart going around the resort transporting people and you could phone for one as well. I am a diver and spent many days diving with Dive Inn. The reef just off the beach is fantastic with many different types of fish. The dive staff were wonderful and the diving was excellent. I will review them separately. We will definitely go back, and we would say that whilst the resort was excellent, it really was the people who work there who made it such a great holiday.

The room environment is very good, the breakfast and lunch are very average, the main reason is that there are too many people, and you have to queue up to eat The italian restaurant dinner reservation was perfect and delicious Tucao: The contact information of the hotel is simply a decoration. I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. After sending more than a dozen emails, the first reply I received It turned out that they transferred it to their colleagues, and it was passed around, but no one resolved it. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel? I was convinced, thinking that I had to call this hotel as soon as I arrived in Egypt. When I arrived in Cairo, I used an Egyptian card to call the hotel, but no one answered, or it was a wrong call. I was very speechless. I traveled for fifteen days. This is the first time the country has encountered such a situation, and finally received an email confirmation. Then we arrived at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. We couldn’t see the driver who came to pick us up. We waited for 20 minutes. We couldn’t contact the hotel. We had to wait at the airport, speechless.

Meals: Three meals a day, many varieties, but it is still not good for the Chinese ... But eating several all-inclusive hotels in Egypt is not in line with Chinese taste, so bring some instant noodles with chili sauce ... … There are 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel. There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. They are often full, but they have meals in 24 hours, and the hotel bar and drinks Drinks from Taiwan, ice cream and everything are free. It is very comfortable to stay inside ~ Room: I forgot to take a picture of the room, but the room is still very good, 4-5 star hotel standard, the brother cleaned up very cleanly, I did n’t want him to come in and cleaned up, so I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, But the cleaning brother will pay attention to when I go out and come back every day, and then come to chat with us to clean up the room, so be prepared to change some money as a tip. Because the weather is cold, we usually start playing after noon. The water parks of these two hotels will be played. 2 days Service: The front desk staff's service attitude is average. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. It was so prominent that every time the brother who was in the event atmosphere group wanted to bring us to play ... even the staff at the hotel asked why we came here ... Chinese rarely know this place ... except for the staff The front desk brother is average, others are good In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Is the cheapest hotel in all platforms! Cheaper than booking and agoda! And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!

The best hotel ever, hospitality was great, amazing staff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay ❤️ was extraordinary. Hands up fo Shenouda the admin front desk staff, who ensured everything was up to 5* and above and the Chef Abdelrazek who is amazing and the food was perfect, lot to choose from and very tasty. Cleanliness of hotel excellent. All the staff there are very helpful and the best. MAHMOUD MAGDI one of the waiters was amazing and always ensuring we are great. Mustafa the concierge is a very nice, lovely guy always helpful. Honestly my best holiday by far and I would recommend it to everyone. If there is above 5* I will grade them above. Thankyou to all the staff there and hope to see u all very soon.

Honest review I have been to RAM for many years first in 2014 and I have to say this year I was really disappointed and a reason I will not return again Cleaning staff are amazing Reception staff are not approachable and quite rude, some bar and restaurant staff are friendly but most rude Loads of pigeons the hotel do try and keep them out but they are all over the restaurants The hotel no longer recognises repeat customers despite emailing beforehand, no guidance about the hotel or welcome from reception at all Restaurants are serving pretty much the same foods, and it was busy, felt like a canteen! Food was ok Rooms are now dated and I would say more 3* definitely not 5* brown dark furniture, bed is comfy No smart TV only one english channel and for winter sun its nice to relax at night watching a movie Evening entertainment is terrible, the Irish bar is the worst bar I have ever seen - definitely not Irish Alcohol- is not drinkable its terrible most were bringing in their own alcohol to drink. Cocktail list is limited and you cant drink them anyway as they are that bad taste nothing like the cocktail No snack bar like they used to have Gym dated, spa was nice but felt very rushed - I would purchase a spa outside the hotel Most guests now are Russian and Kazakhstan My advise if you do come go out of the hotel and visit the old town and farsha cafe barter with the taxi drivers or use the local bus (mini bus) use Egyptian pound about £1 for two to old town which is 40mins away Dont purchase excursions from the hotel Outside the hotel is Nabq Tours they have a lovely shop and provide the best tours at great prices ask for Elvis - we did many tours white island, quad biking…they made our holiday Unfortunately for us this is the last time we will use this hotel or group sadly - it seems to me they are trying to cut corners and save money where they can but this is noticed by guests sadly

The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

!!!This post its for everyone whether you have been to this hotel or if you’re planning to!!! I am here for 2 weeks but i regret so much that i have come here. Whenever you write a review can all of you please be honest?!? I have seen so many good reviews before I have booked my holiday but none of them matches to what its here!!! First of all let me tell you about drinks and food..you will have wine just at lunch or dinner, they don’t serve wine in any of the bars but at buffet or a la carte restaurant! Ice cream (this is not included which it’s not right), diet drinks (only coca cola zero- nothing else), food- every other day the same one (not so many choices as everyone its saying- been to 4 stars hotel and belive me lots more choices than here), whatever food you eat at the a la carte restaurant you will find them next day at the buffet (don’t bother to pay any extra), turkish coffee extra charge, fruits juice at breakfast extra charge, tennis/pool extra charge, shisha extra charge, ice cream extra charge. Staff and animation team- very rarely you will find someone talking english Animation team- don’t wanna be rude but “god please help me”, they are so unprofessional and you can see in their eyes how “happy” they are- beside that they will only prioritise italians and russian people (they kind of ignore any other nationalites because they don’t speak english- beside “showtime nine clock”)- showtime or the parties during the day are just useless for adults- even if they have kids club, all these entertainments are for kids (for example today we had “chocolate party at the swimming pool”, guess what- they were playing “baby shark “ and “the wheels on the bus”🙄)- if you wanna say things like “you should go to the adults only”- please keep those words for you (they should do entertainment for adults as well as any other hotel) Music- I have seen reviews like “the music it’s so loud”- what music? Where is that? At least 4 hours there its no music playing (whenever the animation team has breaks- but they can just set up a playlist and LET IT PLAY, doesn’t need to be loud, but whenever they play music- be ready to hear “Beethoven Playlist” or “Ciao Bella” x20 times a day 😉…(actually yeah, better if they don’t play music 🙄🥴) The list can go endless but I stop here for now, overall the restort its very nice, big beach/swimming pool etc.. if you want a really really quiet place well you have found the best one. Shame that a place like this (really beautiful) is “destroyed” by what they offer you or they don’t ( such as food, drinks and activites) and I am sure these can be changed if you are honest with your reviews!!!!!!
