房間實物圖跟網上的圖片相符，出行方便，設施完好，床品比較舒服。缺點是沒有阿姨每天來清潔，全程網上辦理估計老年人搞不來，需要和子女一起出行。附近吃的店鋪算少，樓下有一家便利店。青島好美，下次再來。

房間漂亮，衞生乾淨（不過廁所和外界的那個推拉門縫隙裏有灰）其他區域衞生還不錯，出門就是地鐵站真的特別方便，馬路對面就有很多吃飯的店，總體挺方便的，不過我住在二十三樓雖然電梯有好幾部但是碰上高峯期真的要等好久，再就是馬桶的位置有點尷尬，上廁所距離牆壁太近直面牆壁，我感覺是比較彆扭吧，然後就是走廊裏有打掃衞生的推車過去真的有點吵，入户門很厚但是隔音不太好，其餘的沒毛病價格擺在這了，一百出頭在青島的確可以了，要位置有位置要交通有交通要環境有環境。
