"After a very long walk from the airport, I finally reached the hotel. Luckily, this one was right at the entrance, so it was the closest. "Lovely stay at HaiTian Hotel these three nights. I originally booked a Mountain View room but didn’t realise that it doesn’t have a bathtub. Ruby 小蒋 was super hospitable, she was prompt with helping me change my room to one with a bathtub. The room was amazing, with sea view and city view on both sides of the window. Air con was slightly cold so I had to turn it off and on during my awake time. Breakfast was good with the a huge selection of delicacies and a lovely sea view. The hotel has a salon which seems very clean and professional but I didn’t have time to try it. The pool was decent and the gym was spacious and well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel and would come again in the future."

Location: Situated on Hong Kong Middle Road, Qingdao's most bustling CBD. It's within walking distance to May Fourth Square, and a small door from the lobby leads directly to MixC Mall. Extremely convenient. Breakfast: A wide variety of options; my favorite was the smoked salmon. However, it gets quite crowded during peak hours, and the seating arrangements are a bit too cramped. Not enough space. Overall, my three-day stay was a great experience. It's the most cost-effective five-star hotel on Hong Kong Middle Road."

"The hotel room was quite large; even two people would have been very comfortable. The girls who checked me in at reception were very, very friendly. I only used the hotel's airport shuttle service, which was fine, but I couldn't use the airport pickup service; they didn't respond on time. My Chinese isn't very good at calling the hotel directly and making requests. So I would recommend that they be more careful in that regard. (they replied after I had left😆) Overall, the cleanliness was very good. The only issue is that they don't seem to clean the glass wall in the bathroom very often; I hadn't even used it yet and it was already dirty. And just one recommendation: the tea they left in the room was delicious, and I learned that in Chinese culture they don't use sugar in tea. But I'm not Chinese, and I do need something sweet 😁😅😆 They could add a small cookie or something sweet for those of us who need something sweet."

"The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to the subway for easy travel. It's just a ten-minute walk to MixC shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also a twenty-minute walk to May Fourth Square. However, the soundproofing is poor; you can hear conversations from the next room. The triple room is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't very thorough and could be improved. There's no iron or ironing board in the room. The hotel breakfast is mediocre with a limited variety of fruits. On the day of check-in, our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait for almost an hour, only getting our room key close to 3 PM."
