loft 樓下的廳的面積還挺大，共有兩個廁所，樓上樓下各一個，一個浴缸，可能是因為層高不夠，所以做了浴缸的設計。衹有一個空調，一樓穿單衣會有一些涼，所以空調一直在工作，提前做了準備，帶了一些保暖的睡袋啥的，所以睡覺沒有覺得冷。比起上海，青島雖靠海，但是有點幹…loft的小區入住率不是很好，樓下就有小超市，補給很方便。可以叫到外賣，離商場具體也不遠，酒店屬於黃島環島遊的起點，離啤酒城也不遠。去老城區還不遠，自駕的可以考慮，總體還不錯，性價比挺高的。tips：衞生紙，垃圾袋的補給需要及時和商家説。

一家三口預訂了270度海景loft，無接觸入住方便快捷，窗外海景贊，特別是飄窗觀景喝茶狗狗睡覺都妥妥的，樓下有水餃餛飩店，夜晚有燒烤扎啤，性價比高！

房間很多，能住十個人，娛樂設施齊全，離海邊也非常近，由於工作原因衹呆了一天，本來要多呆幾天的，價格也很便宜，來青島度假真的不錯

家庭loft房間就是掛羊頭賣狗肉，跟圖片介紹的別墅區不是在一個樓棟。就是高層普通居民樓。不要被圖片的美麗門頭欺騙。裏面信號不好。要入住一定要提前預約。不誇張就是一點信號沒有。需要提前溝通好入户密碼和wifi《衞生》衞生環境堪憂。剛進去的第一感覺就是玻璃巨臟。後面我上二樓發現桌子上面還有吃過的泡麪和煙頭。床褥有點凌亂。後面雖然跟我解決了。床單換了我當時想着五一阿姨忙我能理解。但是晚上回去我發現二樓的衞生間超級臟。也沒有清理和沖廁所。有很深的一圈線垢。和尿臭味。體驗感很不好。一樓的衞生間也感覺沒有好好打掃。晚上我洗澡還發現有用完的卸粧膏小盒在衞生間的枱子上面。應該是上一租客留下來的。就算再忙我也無法理解，這個衞生感覺就是糊弄大家，糊弄自己。《服務》入住前有提前打電話還算可以。但是後面房間問題我跟她微信電話視頻基本就是聯繫不到。回覆不及時，假期也能理解吧。《位置交通》比較方便。可以留下租一個電動車十幾分鐘左右就到了。開車也是十分鐘左右。停車在負一樓免費

設施：該有的全都有，密碼鎖很方便，晚上睡覺可以反鎖，外面打不開很安全

房子乾淨衞生 還有大的窗户能看見海 還是寵物友好酒店 我家狗狗特別喜歡在飄窗上看海 床睡覺也舒服 商家也很親切 下次來玩還會住這裏的

環境一般，空間小，上下樓梯特別窄，有小朋友的慎重選擇，買的提前入住，要等到12點半以後辦理入住，沒有其他房間安排，發票不能開，聯繫多次，回覆在問，後續直接不回覆。

設施：相對齊全 屋裡還有收費飲品和小吃
要注意的是冬季去真的很冷 因為衹有二樓有空調😅，地暖沒有打開～
