I knew that May Day was expensive, so I booked a twin room for more than 500 yuan. What (the best hotels close to my home are the All Seasons and Orange, I booked the All Seasons). I originally booked a double bed, but because I had to go back to the city for business in the evening and only my wife and children were staying, I changed it to a double room. Later, I found that the double room opposite was about 1/3 larger than the double room. I spent a lot of money on the problem. The double room was expensive, and there was no explanation at the front desk. I checked in on May Day. I know you are busy during this holiday. My wife went out at 9 o'clock in the morning and told the cleaning lady that she only needed to clean up the garbage, replace the floor mats, and fill up some water. She brought her own towels, sheets, etc., and nothing else was needed. When I came back at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, the garbage was still there, and the floor mat was still there. I called the front desk and asked the aunt to take away the garbage and replace the floor mat. It only took two minutes. However, an hour passed and she still hadn't come. I called the front desk. After two calls, more than ten minutes later, the aunt came late. The cleaning aunt arrived and was very polite. She said that the room was full, and she had been fighting for a room, so she couldn't do the cleaning and so on. I asked for a thin quilt at night. I also waited for an hour and called twice. The front desk kept being perfunctory... When I called for the third time, I said it was not available. Then you should tell the customer in advance. He said that he would leave a negative review and it was sent again. ... He said he found a bed. Do you know how the quilt was given? I was given a quilt and a quilt cover...let me put it on myself... I used to like staying at All Seasons. No wonder the Internet is now criticizing Huazhuhui. He has been the leader of the Huazhu Club all season long, and now he is like this, which is really embarrassing. (The evil deeds of Huazhu Club are hard to describe. I used to be a platinum member of Huazhu Club, but later switched to Ctrip. Everything went wrong. Huazhu Club will only favor its franchisees.) When I contacted Ctrip customer service, they quickly gave me a 200 yuan coupon, and the front desk also apologized by giving me two bottles of Coke... I smiled and refused, saying that the negative review was a given. Later, Ctrip directly refunded the room fee for one day and downgraded the hotel. Therefore, although booking a hotel on Ctrip is more expensive than booking offline, the reason why I still insist on using Ctrip is that the service can be guaranteed here.

The three people at the front desk would rather not work, chat, or serve customers - and even lie to guests that there is only one person at the front desk! This deceptive behavior is extremely bad and the service attitude is extremely poor. It can be said that I cannot give a single rating! I have been traveling for so many years - I have never encountered a hotel like this! The service attitude of this whole season is not as good as that of a hotel! It’s really the first time I’ve seen it! There is still deception! I will strictly complain!

호텔주변에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어서 볼거리는 좋고 생각보다 조식은 맛있었어요!! 다만 , 커플여행인거면 욕실화장실이 반투명이라.. 살짝 민망할수도있지만 벽사이드로 가려질수있어서 장기커풀이나 부부사이면 괜찮을거같아요
