A great location, close to metro stop, short walk to railway station and the pedestrian areas.

免費帶寵物，免費停車，很有質感的古建築，黃金地段，在大鮑島裏面，步行就可以看到歐式建築和後身的天主教堂尖頂。房間很衞生，裝修也不錯，窗户面向中庭很漂亮。下水道稍微有點味道，是老建築的通病吧，可以接受。客服非常熱情，有問題都會積極解決。中庭真的超美，晴雨各有風情。總體來説太超值了。

Были всего 1 ночь. Местоположение и атмосфера - идеальны. Номер действительно большой, просторный. Ванная отличная.
Но: ближе к вечеру стало ужасно пахнуть канализацией из туалета и душа, когда заселялись, окна были открыты, запаха почти не было, решили, что выветрится. В душе в самый неподходящий момент выключилась горячая вода, а нужно было смывать кондиционер с длинных волос. Полотенца все пахли грязью/песком/плесенью, даже после замены на новые, запах пробивался, в итоге вытирались своими вещами: едкий запах полотенец въедался в кожу и волосы. Плюс к тому - ночью рядом с отелем гремела стройка, которую было не видно и не слышно при заселении. Спали в берушах, попрыскав духами вокруг.
Из небольших минусов, сами не досмотрели: нет холодильника, пришлось выбросить еду; нет чая и чашек (только стеклянные стаканы, из них неудобно пить горячий чай), а чайник есть; шкафы открытые, нельзя положить вещи и закрыть дверцу.
Рекомендуем, если вы толерантны к неприятным запахам и звукам, и хотите пожить в историческом здании/поделать красивые фото.

地理位置還可以，但是房間體驗感很差。如圖一：空調開16度但是還是很熱，而且晚上還自己停了兩次，直接熱醒。如圖二：浴室特別滑，一問沒有防滑墊，衹能自己鋪個毛巾防滑。

地理位置非常好，地鐵就在酒店對面一分鐘路程。
酒店是按照青島傳統裏院建築結構，白天晚上都很漂亮，還有一衹守店的貓咪。點外賣也非常方便，燒烤都是熱乎乎進來的。配青島的原漿啤酒，感覺很棒，值得推薦。

早上出門叮囑打掃衞生，下午三點多回來依然未打掃。房間床頭牆皮也是要掉下來的樣子。
