房間大、很新、很乾凈、床舒服，是這次最大的優點。
位置步行到海邊近，服務人員態度挺好，下雨可以借傘。
房間所處二層轉角，就在交通擁堵路口，行人説話聲、車輛喇叭聲，早上會彼吵醒。
最遺憾的是，一千多的房間，不含早餐，住幾天沒有看到人在一樓吃早餐，每天早上發愁吃什麼，衹能點外賣，去一樓外賣櫃取。很不方便。

這次入住體驗非常滿意！地理位置絕佳！步行即可到達第一海水浴場、小魚山、八大關和海底世界，地鐵站就在附近200米，出行超級方便。最主要的是，四樓就是咖啡廳，並且景色絕美，穩穩出片！房間乾淨整潔，舒適温馨，玩了一天回來能好好休息。強烈推薦給來青島旅遊的朋友！

入住了兩天，酒店很新好像是新開業的，房間也很乾凈很大，消防做的也不錯防毒面具應急手電筒逃生路線圖都很清楚，前台的女服務員態度挺好，入住了第一天都特別滿意，入住第二天孩子打電話要幾瓶水被告知衹能給4瓶水，問了一下説是每個房間最多8瓶水就是説除了每天給放的4瓶水你衹能再要4瓶如果超過了要付錢，我們訂了兩間房6個人要幾瓶水還要限制。去了這麼多城市住了這麼多酒店第一次聽説免費的水要多了要付錢，兩天花了兩千多的房費給不起幾瓶水，老闆的格局太小了，能喝你多少錢水？哦對了這麼貴的房間還不帶早餐，早餐想吃好像是48一套也不是自助，希望改進吧。 不過酒店位置還是很不錯的過馬路就是一浴，應該是離海邊最近的酒店。

這是住過這麼多酒店體驗感最差的一家。1.衞生間洗澡水會漫出來，一直漫到玄關。2.酒店新開業，味道很刺鼻。3.竟然需要交500元按金，而且退房很慢。4.退房後車子衹能多停半個小時。5.房間的冰箱根本沒用，兩瓶奶皮子放在裏面都壞了。
