性價比不錯的選擇，走路到金沙灘海邊不會太遠，途中會經過一條商店街有多家餐廳及購物點。房間很大也整理的乾淨，非常適合家庭或多人好友共同居住，樓下就是租車店方便租台電動機車周遊整個黃島區，老闆娘很親切會主動詢問你需要的幫助，總之物美價廉，下會再來還是會選擇這裡

民宿在金沙灘邊的小區裏，可以打車到樓下，高層有電梯，密碼鎖，房間很明亮整潔，電視高清可投屏，有洗衣機晾衣架，樓下有海鮮大排檔超市小商品一條街，可以點外賣。兩天分別玩了西環島和東環島，都從金沙灘出發，有陰有晴，慢悠悠的很舒適。民宿主人很熱情，幫我們寄存行李，棒棒！

強烈給大家推薦，入住之前先聯繫一下老闆，問
老闆大概什麼時候可以入住，本來説的12點，加了老闆微信10點老闆就聯繫我了，可以入住了,房間裝修風格也簡單舒服，衞生也很乾凈，老闆人也超級熱情！離海邊超級近，真的走路幾分鐘就到了。

很好的民宿，就在金沙灘對面，出行很方便，小區裏有租車的，賣帽子拖鞋的。在家裡就可以看到金沙灘的日出，從騎車到沙灘衹要五分鐘，看到了凌晨四點多的日出，很滿意。服務也很周到，下次還會來的！！！！

和小姐妹兩人三娃入住了丁丁小居，老闆娘挺熱情的，小區邊上就是大海，帶娃沙灘邊玩太方便了，弄濕了走回去換衣服也就一會會路，房間各種設施都到位，挺好的，以後有機會再去青島的話還會在住

住過很多民宿，這個是最乾淨舒適的，房間佈局合理南北通透，又很安靜睡的也舒服，面朝金沙灘，窗景很美。老闆姐姐也很熱情，從小區裏買了海鮮啤酒，自己做飯吃的性價比超高。

本想訂海景房，訂錯了訂的一室一廳，4樓，看不到海景，在小區裏面，但是離海灘很近，出門大概400米到沙灘，樓下就有電動車可以出租，房東人很好，推薦的87海鮮燒烤味道也不錯

金沙灘走幾分鐘就能到，特別近，而且民宿設施也很齊全，下次來玩繼續住這！樓下就有租電動車的便利店，很方便，打車可以直達樓下，距離景點很方便~
