This hotel was older, but it had a certain elegance to it, albeit somewhat faded. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable, quiet, clean and tastefully decorated. They even had a guy show me to my room and they brought a fresh fruit tray to my room every evening. Checking-in was smooth and fast, and I also extended my stay for two more days quite easily. The food in the cafeteria for breakfast was not that good, however. Even at 7:20am the food was all old and cold. There were some problems with the bathroom in my room as well. The bathtub leaked and got water all over the floor. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all of the way, which got water all over the floor too. Also, the water never got hot in the shower, although the water did get hot in the sink and the bathtub. Overall a nice place to stay, but they need to update some of their facilities.

The lady who helped to check in was very nice and patient. The service was good and the room facilities were good, but there was no hot water in the faucet and shower around noon the next day. After giving feedback to the front desk, I asked the master to come and take a look. I waited for 20 minutes No one came around all the time.
