This place is great. The hotel is very clean, and the towels and cups are sanitized with individual packaging. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, I can sleep through the night without any backache. The staff are very polite and friendly. It feels like a 4-star hotel with 5-star service.

The Litian is rated number one in the category of four star hotels in Qingdao and it is always intriguing for me, as a frequent appraiser for tourism authorities and hotel associations, to decipher if the sterling ranking is a mark of professional perfection or merely the ticking of relevant boxes in a perfunctory way. In this regard, the reception staff at the Litian varies in degree of service orientation. Some are dutiful but mechanical while others do go the extra mile to be helpful and enthusiastic. Those deserving of compliment are Huang Haiyen and Han Shun Jiao. A tad ironic that without resorting to a search on their phones, many appear lost on questions about Qingdao. In other hotels I have been, the staff appear more knowledgeable and often provide a map of neighbouring attractions. Perhaps this hotel is geared toward the local business community rather than foreign tourists?? Nonetheless, a big shout out to our chambermaid Zhao Yan Mei for her housekeeping standards and her convivial attitude.

酒店設施整體偏舊，有年代感。電梯間循環放着爭做全青島最乾淨的酒店，實際上雖然略有誇大，但整體還算乾淨，目光所及的物品都用包裝袋密封好，還是比較滿意的。看得出，酒店管理者是想用軟件來彌補硬件的不足。服務上是最不滿意的，接觸過兩名客房服務人員，全程沒有一丁點兒微笑，冷冰冰的，這在其它酒店是不會出現的。前台工作人員也是如此，雖然看似挑不出什麼態度的毛病，但總感覺缺點兒什麼，不熱情 沒表情！再有，我入住了兩天，第二天沒讓客房打掃房間，電話聯繫幫我把該換的一次性物品拿來，服務員也確實很快拿來了，但是她看到房間紙巾沒用完，衞生間廁紙沒用完，雖然不用更換，但我説了兩次可以把紙巾放下，我還有其它用，但服務員就是不放，還是拿走了，嘴裏説著：你這沒用完呢。但，我是花了兩晚住宿費的，我雖然沒用完，但我認為我是可以要求你把紙巾自己廁紙給我留下的，用不用是我的事，而不是你覺得我不用就不給我！未免有些小氣，不匹配四星級酒店的標準！早餐品種還算可以，但有些菜品糊弄，比如早晨的剩菜，黃葉子隨處可見，都蔫了，我懷疑沒洗過，餐廳工作人員也是如此，服務沒毛病，就是不熱情，甚至是毫無表情 冷冰冰。總之，酒店整體可以，位置很方便，就是服務差強人意，沒有賓至如歸的感覺！

房間寬敞乾淨，前台服務熱情周到，還幫忙免費升級了房間。酒店位置靠近五四廣場，出行遊玩非常方便，離地鐵3號線衹有兩分鐘路程。酒店提供的早餐也很豐盛，入住酒店提供免費的迎賓水果和一杯美式咖啡，離店時還貼心的提供一份小點心。

The hotel is located next to a subway station, making moving around very easy. The upgrade to a king bedroom is greatly appreciated. Breakfast spread was good except not much changes over a few day stay. Overall good value.

和家人青島旅遊入住了四晚，房間乾淨整潔，一如網評所説的，打掃得很到位，抽水馬桶嶄新的，每天都配一次性坐墊。住的15層，窗外是城景，側面還能看到點海景，晚上房間裏能賞燈光秀。服務熱情周到，對住客的要求都及時安排，十分感謝。早餐品種豐富，有粥、麪、餛飩、西點、中式點心、水果、醬菜、小炒、咖啡等飲品，味道都還不錯。餐廳的環境整齊有序，中間的魚缸很漂亮。酒店位置佳，出行打車方便，離五四廣場等景點都比較近。周邊的餐飲也較多，贊稼粥店、今鮮源飯店就在旁邊，味道也挺好。酒店略有不足的是衞生間的沐浴雖然水量大，沖澡效果好，就是小花灑位置太低了，約1.5米左右，個兒矮的人用用還行，個高的用起來不舒服，看到上面有個支座，但不能掛，不知道是不是損壞後沒更換？也有大花灑，個人不喜歡用。其二是房間配套有點簡單，有冰箱，方便存食品，但沒有沙發，靠牆的軟麪長椅坐着不舒服，有待改進。雖然有不足點，總體入住體驗還是挺滿意的。贈送的大堂咖啡因時間關係沒領，有點小遺憾。下次選擇入住的話，一定來品嚐。

在攜程經對比，確認麗天酒店，青島站下車乘地鐵4站沒走幾步就順利找到酒店非常方便，前台幾位服務員熱情接待了我們，特別是一位帶着黑色鏡框外貌秀美身材苗條小妹耐心介紹並解答了我們的問題。房間很乾凈，設備設施很好，特別是洗澡間的淋浴使用感受很舒服，窗外可見燈光秀，夜景很美，溜達着就能沿着海邊去五四廣場等周邊景點，早餐種類繁多吃的很舒服，環境不錯，總之麗天酒店值得入住推薦。入住體驗佳。
