I recently stayed at Hotel Lanuo and had a delightful experience. The hotel offers a modern and cozy atmosphere, with spacious rooms that feature contemporary decor and all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The location is ideal, situated close to key attractions and public transportation. Breakfast options were varied and delicious, with something for every taste. The only minor issue was the noise from nearby traffic, but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, Hotel Lanuo is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

The room is big and from first glance is nice, but there are so many failures in construction quality and cleanliness…
Even after complaining for the huge dirt, dust and hairs, they couldn’t clean well at the second try even with the manager reviewing, probably because they don’t have vacuum cleaners, so impossible to pick up all the dirt with a mop.

I had a great stay! Great service and the pictures matched the actual room, except slightly aged from normal wear and tear. The air con was not running properly, possibly because it's winter but they sent the tech right away. Although, I had to resort to open the window but it didn't affect my stay. It is a lovely little hotel.

Place in the middle of city, but if you take like uber from airport thats kinda far, take almost 40ish minutes, but near to go mall and other stuff, the food is delicious, there's gym too if you want to exercise, just when it's winter, cause it's tile floor so kinda cold if not using slippers, but overall the hotel is good

I recently stayed at the Laou Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, overcoming any language barriers with ease. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.
The location is excellent, situated near many attractions, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the amenities, including a gym, a fridge in the room, and complimentary slippers, toothbrushes, and towels.
For the price, this hotel is a fantastic bargain, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Hotel location, breakfast and service are excellent. We arrived late and was served dessert brought to our room. It was a delightful surprise.
The only setback is the toilet in our room which is separate from the bathroom and does not have a hose to wash away the urine stench left over time. Even though the housekeeping staff came to clean up, the stench just couldn't go away. It was a pity!
