這個一樣，我們兩隔壁住，生一肚子氣，房間走廊、廁所臟，床頭也不乾淨，衞生間極小，還臟，不通氣，洗澡地方都沒有，還得下樓去洗，房間灰暗，燈還壞了，問服務員，還説他們就是這這樣設計的；明顯壞的，還推卸，訂了兩個房間，兩個房間沒一個好的，就這還死貴死貴的，一個八九百，都不如小旅館

住温泉酒店最好早點兒入住，因為他也是按酒店行業12點退房，並不是按酒店温泉洗浴16小時來計算。酒店餐廳為粵菜餐廳，在一層大堂，從男女兵出來就直接到餐廳，二三層都是休息廳和客房，三層還有觀景露台，可以在那裡喝茶，吃飯，環境服務都是一流的！客房不帶早餐，早中晚餐都需要在餐廳單點。

住宿感受：房間沒有廁所需要到洗浴的地方洗，房間沒有給一次性牙刷（忘拿了跟服務員反饋了最後也沒給送）説是下午14:00退房，結果12:00就進不去房間了。泳池和洗浴感受：外泳池沒有浴巾了，找服務員，等了一個多小時才放到浴巾櫃上，內洗浴孩子要拿浴巾，但是孩子小拿不到服務員也不幫忙還讓孩子自己拿，洗完要穿浴服，服務員看見還説怎麼穿這個啊，為什麼不穿一次性的，看了一次性的有點透，説穿浴服她還得折。前台服務感受剛進來説住酒店服務還挺好的，要走的時候就不一樣了餐廳吃飯感受坐了二十幾分鐘沒有人招待一杯水也不給倒，還是自己叫人服務員才過來，點評什麼都是自己研究，喊人過來倒水看服務員在吧枱拿挑了三個杯子才給倒的水，水拿過來問了下杯子都是油膩味菜品：以為這菜都是現做的，沒想到都是預製菜，怎麼知道的？因為上菜時用手摸了下菜還是冰凍的，服務員又拿下去加熱了#房間設施

房間還行，還有一個小陽台，洗澡的有點像東北的那種澡堂東西齊全，有温泉，還有室內外泳池都是免費的，還有休息中心。服務員態度也好離第二海水浴場近，但第二海水浴場的水比較臟。前面不遠就是第三海水浴場，晚上有燈光秀很好看。這還有專門停車的停車場，蠻方便的。
