位置很好，走路10來分鐘就到棧橋。但房間很小，在一樓，隔音效果不好。不是連鎖酒店，家庭式的，衞生沒正規酒店好。衣服就晾在馬路邊上，不然在房間不幹。

房內物品倒是足夠乾淨整潔，但不知道是否是因為位於一樓，過於潮濕+不通風，廁所裏很多小飛蟲。位置很好設施齊全，性價比高

上面寫着有窗 老闆給安排的無窗 然後説部分有窗 這是誠信問題 老闆説網上的便宜 我認為便宜也是你們定的價 覺着便宜就請把假抬高啊 屋裡衹有兩個面巾，沒有澡巾 環境比較差 性價比非常低 當時有點晚了 所以沒換酒店

這家酒店離青島火車站很近。大概200多米。老闆的態度好，人也熱情。想了解各個景點和乘車方面的事情都可以問老闆。酒店周邊吃東西和買東西也比較方便。雖然設施比較普通，但在這個地理位置，性價比也算不錯的。步行到棧橋和浙江路天主堂也是比較近的。而且公交車站和地鐵站都離得近。下次再來青島還是願意住這家店
