Convenient location for walking around Queenstown. Convenience store is nearby which is 24 hours open. I’ll stay here next time when I visit.

Location was great but that's about it.
Very noisy units can hear people talking through the walls, shower over bath leaked all over the floor, terrible smell when you walked into the building, bed was not the best, fridge froze my food

Absolutely brilliant stay - wouldn't stay anywhere else. We had one night here, our second night at a different hotel for a conference, then back here for two nights. This place was by far the all round winner! So close to town (a 2 minute walk) and having full kitchen facilities was a definite bonus. Great hosts and super easy check in and check out.

We stayed in a room with a maximum of 4 people and an extra bed was provided. One person slept on the spacious sofa!

We stayed with 3 people, and the space was sufficient. The location was convenient as it was in the center of town.
I had a check-in time restriction and when I emailed them to say that I would not be able to arrive at that time, they very kindly explained how to check in and I was able to check in smoothly.

The first time I stayed at this hotel was about 8 years ago. I thought the location was excellent. The main street is right out the side door. There is no slope. It only takes 3 minutes to get to the lake and you can walk to almost all centers in 5-10 minutes.
It seems that the owner has changed this time. It's actually the same room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The furniture in the room has not been changed, and the two sofa cushions have sunk into the frame, making it impossible to sit on them! There are very few kitchen utensils, no oil, salt, sugar, etc., not even the most basic tissue! The shampoo is also placed in a plastic bag, which is very inconvenient. I can only give a negative review.
