The service Gary provided was alone the best experience I have ever had any thing I had a question about or any recommendations I needed he was there to answer them.The hotel is so beautiful and the staff is truly amazing so attentive and quick with any questions or concerns you have and again big shout out to Gary and Andrey as well ,nothing but amazing things to say about them.Made our trip truly one of a kind.

This was our 5 year wedding anniversary and the room was exceptional. The views were fantastic, our personal concierge Gary stayed on top of all our reservations for us and made our whole trip easy and relaxing. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant with panoramic views was delicious and breathtaking. We will absolutely visit again.

The staff are amazing & friendly, they pay attention to every detail, extremely helpful and organized, also the rooms and grounds are beautiful and the conservation story behind gaia is very inspiring. We saw a sloth and 2 toucans from the reception:D

Gaia is an absolutely amazing place to stay. From our concierge Daniela who answered any question we had and made our stay so easy (she’s the best!!), to all the staff who helped with our luggage and golf carts and food and towels, the beautiful property, the really fun included rainforest tour, the free shuttle that takes you to basically all the places I’d want to go outside the hotel, and just people who genuinely make sure you’re getting places safe and having a good time, there’s just so much to list I can’t cover it all. If you want a beautiful stay and a way to let your brain turn off for a few days, this place is it.

We enjoyed every single minute, one of the best parts of our trip was watching the sunset from the Sky Lounge bar the view is unforgettable, went up there every evening and it never got old Tony at the restaurant was brilliant. We have a couple of food allergies and he was super helpful, guiding us through the menu and making sure everything was safe and perfect for us. Also, a big thank you to Juan our concierge, he was fantastic from the moment we arrived, helped with our check-in, sorted our activities, and even arranged takeaway meals for us when we had an early start one morning. An amazing place with even better people.

Had a truly wonderful time at Gaia.. fantastic food served by truly lovely staff, with every meal looking out over the rainforest to the sea.. sometimes with macaws flying by. And amazing sunsets! Jose our concierge organised everything to perfection, all we did was turn up (in the transfers he booked). Awesome rafting trip, national park visit and fishing trip.. Jose and kitchen arrenged for the 20lb snapper we caught to be cooked beautifully. And Gabriella at spa gave excellent massage. Thank you for an unbeatable first trip to Costa Rica, we loved it.

Recomiendo este hotel al 100%. Nuestra visita a Manuel Antonio no hubiera sido lo mismo sin la experiencia de habernos hospedado en el. El recibimiento, el trato, la atención recibida y la comodidad recibida son indescriptibles. Por no hablar del propio paraje natural que hay dentro del mismo, del que se puede disfrutar independientemente del plan que tengas. Gracias a todos los trabajadores que nos han ayudado. En especial a Gary que nos han cuidado y acompañado en todas nuestras necesidades (las que nos precisaban y las que podíamos tener futuras). Gracias a Óscar por subirnos en coche con una sonrisa y una palabra amable. Por último gracias a Clarence, por guiarnos con un tour que explora el corazón de este maravilloso complejo, por hacernos participes de la labor tan bonita que hacen con la conservación de las lapas, pero sobre todo, gracias por intentar capturar esa instantánea para mi recuerdo. Ojalá volver algún día. Un pedazo de nosotros de seguro se queda aquí. Muchísimas gracias.

La llegada al Hotel fue maravillosa, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle, la hospitalidad es un punto fuerte, las instalaciones, el entorno y la comodidad que ofrece con todos sus servicios gratuitos hacen que sea un lugar 100% recomendable. Si volviésemos no dudaríamos en hospedarnos aquí. Por último y lo más importante el equipo humano es el mayor activo con el que cuenta este hotel, nuestro coordinador Gary siempre atento a todo (Creo grupo de WhatsApp 24h) Óscar nos llevó en repetidas ocasiones a la habitación siempre con sonrisa, Clarence fue nuestro guia por la reserva del complejo y no pudo ser más amable. Siento no recordar más nombres, todos en general sobresaliente!!! Pura Vida!!

Hotel con una hermosa vista y servicio. Recibimos todo el apoyo de nuestro concierge Gary que estuvo siempre al pendiente para asesorarnos. La comida que ofrecen es excelente y ofrecen también un servicio de shuttle para llevar a la playa muy práctico. Lo único punto « negativo » fueron las albercas, están muy estrechas y no hay mucho espacio ni para estar dentro del agua ni para estar en el deck, fuera de esto todo muy bien.
