"We had a lovely stay of two nights here. We had a private room with AC. The pool was a lovely place to unwind in the evening. We met lots of interesting people (although I think we skewed the average age of guests by about 10 years). The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Location was good, within walking distance of anything your needed."

"I had a really relaxing stay at Planet B – The staff were friendly and helpful, & the included breakfast (eggs, pancakes, and fruit) was delicious ! There are a few hammocks to chill out in, & I appreciated the gym/yoga area upstairs. The location is convenient, with a bus stop close by that made getting to the beach easy and hassle-free. I also saw some wildlife in the backyard:)"

"The guys at reception were super friendly, but the women were the complete opposite. They made check-in incredibly difficult and then slapped on an extra $80 USD charge because the double room we'd booked, with two double beds, was actually for one person… shameful, be careful if you book with them. There are many better-priced options in Manuel Antonio and the surrounding area."

"This hotel was really cute and clean, and the dorm rooms weren’t bad for dorm rooms… The pool was nice the cold tub which is like a hot tub with cold water, was great. Literally nothing bad I can say about this place other than its location. Which I know they can’t do anything about but everybody online recommended staying in Quepos and I don’t know why, because it’s horrible. Yes, you can get picked up from your hotel to go out on excursions but if you’re there without a car, there’s literally nothing to walk to or do in Quepos without paying to go on an excursion! They recommend Sofa Sanchez to eat, everyone seems to, and it was modern but not great."

"Slecht! Het hotel Inn On the Park wordt NU verbouwd op dit moment. Bouwvakkers zijn aan het werk , kijken letterlijk in je kamer op een halve meter afstand. Een grote bouwput incl. het zwembadje waar je geen gebruik van kunt maken. Als ze klaar zijn zal het hotel waarschijnlijk prima zijn. Check dit als je gaat boeken! Na lang wachten van een behulpzame receptiemedewerker van El Faro hotel (hier moet je inchecken voor hotel Inn On the Park ) een kamer in hun neven Hotel el Faro gekregen 30 meter verder op heuvel. El Faro hotel is wel mooi gelegen, leuk zwembad en mooi uitzicht. Maar zeer slechte bedden, Je slaapt in een zeecontainer met glazen schuifdeur. Hygiëne slecht, veel schimmel en erg smalle kamer. Vieze zwart geschilderde vloer. Veel herrie van airconditioning ( niet te regelen) en de warmwaterketels die aanslaan."

"A very nice room with a balcony overlooking the sea. On-site dining is available, and Manuel Antonio Park is a 3-minute walk away. The hotel overlooks a very pleasant beach. Buses from San José stop right outside the hotel at the "La Playa" stop. Numerous buses connect the hotel to Quipos for 380 colones or 1 dollar."

"The views from the property rooftop where you’ll have breakfast are stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax with a book. The pool was a highlight of my stay in the heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the vegan Breakfast of granola and fresh fruit which was a delight. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. "The room was at the 4th floor of the highest building and the view was very beautiful both on the National Park and the ocean. The entrance to the park is 4 minutes walking distance, so excellent location. A walk can reach the beach in about 8 minutes and a area with bars and restaurants. Breakfast is good even if equal in the two days we stayed. There is always a service of helping baggage transportation through golf cars given the important vertical movements compared to parking and buildings. There was one problem: After the first 20 minutes in the pool, the white shirts used to avoid putting creams and protect themselves from sunshine were yellow. I reported the problem at the reception, and the result was that the next day a company came to clean both swimming pools several times. I believe that the problem is structural and that some users' reporting is not enough to solve the problem because water does not move as if the cleaning plant was insufficient."
