I regret to share that my recent stay at The westframe suites was one of the most stressful hotel experiences I’ve encountered. As someone who booked the hotel specifically for its proximity to the Philippine Heart Center (where I had critical medical appointments), I expected comfort and convenience. Instead, the stay was riddled with avoidable issues: 1. Room 1: The air conditioner was completely nonfunctional. 2. Room 2: After relocating, this room lacked basic furniture—no table or chairs—despite my request for a workspace during my 2-night stay. The front desk dismissed this, claiming it was “how the room is set up.” 3. Room 3: The final move landed us in a room with no pillows and broken curtains that wouldn’t close, leaving us exposed to light and noise. To make matters worse, maintenance staff entered while we were sleeping to fix issues, with no prior notice or apology. The lack of preparation, poor communication, and disregard for guest comfort were shocking. For a hotel catering to medical visitors, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. While I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve, I cannot recommend staying here until significant changes are made.
