Sounds petty but clients notice this 😄"

"I booked a room at Solaire North for my birthday and unfortunately had a disappointing check-in experience. I arrived around 4:00 PM (already later than the standard 3:00 PM check-in), but the room was still not available. They offered me a ₱3,000 voucher as compensation, but I declined since I had a strict schedule with my hair and makeup appointment at 5:00 PM. With limited time and my makeup artist already waiting, I was left with no choice but to accept a smoking room—even though this was not my preference, especially since my daughter is asthmatic. It was frustrating to have to settle for a room type I clearly did not want on such an important day. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a smoother and more considerate check-in process."
