The room smelled bad (like how a sewer smells) when I went in the first time. Bathroom door didn’t align with door jamb. Asked to be assigned a different room but they said maintenance will try to fix it first. In classic Filipino style, it was “handled”. Noticed a number of drain flies in the bathroom. Shower drain was clogged. Called for assistance & was sent the same man (this time he is from the “engineering” department). Kind man removes the drain cover & fishes out clump of hair from previous occupants. The drain cover they have lets hair go down through it so you can’t see hairfall accumulating but neither does housekeeping. Only one lift was available for guests to use. Staff are all kind, helpful & courteous, the location was convenient for what i needed to do but the hotel is basic & needs to be cleaned properly.

During my visit, it just so happened that there was no one available to assist me or to guide me where the elevator was, nor to ask if I needed help with my things.
I was allowed not to give a security deposit since they only accept cash or credit cards. My cash wasn’t enough, and I don’t use credit cards anymore.
The room and balcony are really spacious.
However, I could smell sewage coming from the bathroom as soon as I entered the room.
The staff are nice and kind.
They serve a decent breakfast—though the corned beef was extremely salty, the pudding was absolutely delicious!
Their room service food portions are generous and reasonably priced.
I just wish they provided bathrobes.

Location is easily accessible to restaurants, supermarket & laundry service.
Service is prompt & friendly.
Haven't got time to use the hotel facilities.
Cleanliness is ok except sometimes will forget to top up water, towels or toiletries.
Was pretty upset during Thurs night stay 25 September 2025 where hotel is fully booked by a group of students age 18-20s. Not hotel's fault but these students
- press lift buttons of all floors causing inconvenience to hotel guests
- at night 11.30pm ring a few room bells 🔔 & ran away
Had complain to front desk, she helped to call upon the group leaders to apologize.

Room is well lit up and clean..
A suggestion if I may: Since its a newly opened hotel, I would suggest to install a Grab bar in the shower room as there is a bath tub so it could be more senior friiendly and safe at all times…

Due to conatruction it is so duaty.
Slow servixe in check in 3pm but atill not yet ready.
1 elevator available only.
Luggage assist limited to 2.

The staff was always great it's our 4th time that we stayed the whole experience are very good even we don't have hot water for 3 days but it was resolved before checking out.
