Everything is good, including the room, breakfast, in room dining, service etc, the only problem is the water is not hot enough for taking a bath.

I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit!
The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was my second or third time staying at this hotel. I chose this location because it's attached to the Robinson's mall. I can easily find food at night, and wander around in case I get bored during my free time. It's also walking distance to the SM mall, although you might have to walk through some smaller streets. You can pretty much walk around the hotel as well. The room is clean. Love the big bed. Aircond is very cold. Bathroom lighting is perfect. The only thing I did not like was the shower area. Water spills easily onto the toilet/ sink area. Love the breakfast place and selections too. I have never used the pool before, but the gym is basically Anytime Fitness, which you can access as hotel guests.

The hotel direct link to the mall is great but the room need to be updated with renovation. Most furniture is looking their age and need to be chnage.The hotel breakfast provided lack variety and not that great, not worth to pay for it additionally. The mall offer better breakfast choices.

The room is spacious and immaculate clean. Love the bathtub and separate shower. Connected to robinson’s galleria so its quite convenient for shopping. The buffet breakfast has a lot of food option.

The rooms were lovely with a great view. It is located next to a shopping mall so that was good. The deposit refund does take a while though.

Was very upsetting upon arrival was told that the amenities like the pools was under construction and have been for awhile. Was looking forward to having a relaxing honeymoon by the pool with a drink or 2. The amenities is a very important part to the hotels I book and wasn’t told in advance but on the day of checkin. Ended up leaving early and booking another hotel with no refund. The staff was polite and patient
