Check-in and check-out were done without any troubles. Room was spacious and clean with good lighting. Hot water was consistent and the toiletries / bath products felt better than your average hotel. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.

Hotel room was clean and cozy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We also brought our dog and the place is really pet friendly. They charge you a pet fee, but it's worth it. :)

I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit! The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

Throughout my 4 nights stay, I was able to kill 3 different cockroach species, hence the 2 out of 5 for cleanliness rate. The location is excellent as there were nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were courteous. However, my request for room cleaning was not addressed. I didn't expect many amenities from a budget hotel, so I'm happy with the basic amenities.

Hotel is very accessible as it is located in a shopping mall. I would very much recommend this hotel because of the hotel staffs are very well trained and very attentive to their guest. I booked one of our visitors from mainland China and after he checked out, I have him picked up by our truck. Funny thing our driver was not able to picked him up because the hotel guard thought it was a kidnapping incident. So they kept my visitors with them, so I called the hotel. Even the front desk or reservation are well trained as they verify all the details before they handed my visitor to our driver. Take note, my visitor only speaks mandarin that's why their's a language barrier between them. Yes, might be a hassle but this means security if you are a foreigner visiting Philippines. Thank you I very much appreciated your duties and responsibilities in your work place, I hope all hotels are like your staffs.

Very good, breakfast is great! The room is a bit small but very warm! It is good to have such a location in this location! Very close to the casino. ,very safe. There is an airport bus that can help taxis to the airport, 235 pesos. Next to it is a church that you can visit!

The Staff are super accommodating and friendly. Willing to answer all inquiries and mostly they initiate to assist right away. The rooms are clean and spotless. Just the hot water is not mostly available. Amenities are great. They always have their pool available. Gym is there too. Not able to try the Night Bar.

Amazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay. Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable. Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. Value for money (room and breakfast). The building is quite old, but I noticed that there are ongoing works. The room is clean, aircon’s working perfectly fine. Location is very accessible to the hospital. We stayed here while my Mum is in the Critical Care Unit. Staff are superb. Very accommodating and kind. The rooftop restaurant is relaxing and well-ventilated. But needs updating. Parking is free. Thank you.
