as usual the change of linoleum is very good but more messy than the previous one, however the sink is not waterproof (beware of water consumption) and the closing of the window door was broken otherwise overall very good

Pleasant apartment in pre-season, quiet and close to the ocean. The bedroom separation is a little light in terms of sound.

The flat is well located, quiet, near ocean. 20 min walk to center. Underground parking was a major asset, provided that parking was paid everywhere. Flat nicely furnished, everything is there. Not possible to eat outside, balcony too small for this. Good
