The towels and bed linen seemed unwashed, the breakfast didn’t exist, the lovely rooftop shown in the pictures was “private” and hence not available. The hairdryer didn’t work. Overall, the impression of the hotel shown in the pictures did not deliver and I have a hard time understanding the high score this hotel receives.

We stayed three nights before traveling to Cuenca. The rooms were cleaned. The location is near Plaza Foch where we went to eat dinner and visited a few discos. Fernando Rueda, the manager, was attentive and great in telling us where to eat and places to visit. We liked the recommendation of eating at a restaurant at night on the foot of the Virgen of El Panecillo. He served good breakfast. He took good care of my group. I will come back again next year.

Fernando, de manager, heeft ons perfect geholpen!! Hij werd onze vriend, stond echr ALTIJD voor ons klaar. Fantastisch!! Mijn zoon had gaatje in trommelvlies, ongevraagd ging Fernando voor hem een apotheek regelen. Ook adviseerde hij ons heel goed over restaurants en veiligheid etc.
