This is a very dangerous place to stay. There is no attendant on staff, except for a couple hours. The hotel’s main door locks from the inside and outside meaning that a staff person must be present for you to enter and leave. Was stuck outside for hours! This also means you will be locked inside for about 12 hours until the attendant unlocks the main door (a big fire hazard). There is no breakfast despite it says it is included. They do not give any clean towels during the stay (you have to reuse it) and no soap provided. There is also a bell which rings every five minutes throughout the night and it sounds throughout the building.

The hotel is charming and very well located in the historical Center of Quito. The family rooms are very good, with comfortable beds. The service is extremely kind and helpful (they kindly found and kept our charger and cables in the room until we could come back and collect them). Good breakfasts too. We loved our stay!

Muy buena limpieza, la ubicación muy bien. Excelente la atención del personal, siempre dispuestos a colaborar y atender las necesidades de nosotros. El desayuno muy completo. Es muy acogedor el hotel, y uno se siente a gusto en lugares como este.

Hotel está ubicado en la zona colonial de Quito, la ubicación es perfecta, la decoración las camas, la limpieza y servici o fue estupendo, si su visita en la ciudad puedes hospedarte aquí se los recomiendo. Saludos desde Costa Rica Pura Vida!

Un hotel precioso, muy bien localizado en el centro histórico de Quito, a 5 minutos de los puntos de interés de este área de la ciudad. Tranquilo, con sabor, cómodo. Una habitación con lo indispensable. Destacamos las atenciones de Ernesto y su amabilidad. Un hotel recomendado al que regresaremos.

El hotel es bonito y creo que los personeros son bastante atentos. Siempre estuvieron anuentes a ayudar con todo. Las habitaciones tiene lo básico y son cómodas, creo que la ubicación es buena au que un poco solitario en las noches. Es ideal para dos o tres noches en Quito

Hotel centralissimo e in posizione top per muoversi a piedi per Quito peccato per... stanza piccolissima con finestra sulla corte interna (quindi molto buia), bagno cieco con doccia vecchia ogni giorno si dimenticavano di mettere un asciugamano e l'ultimo giorno non li hanno proprio messi! ogni volta che esci ed entri devi suonare (che per carità ci sta, ma ogni volta chissà dove sono questi poveretti .. e tu aspetti) pulizia un po' così.. scale piene di polvere colazione scarsina.. un po' di frutta, due succhi, pane da tostare.. due marmellate aperte messe li... bottiglie di acqua messe solo il primo giorno, nessun frigo in camera migliorabile perché l'impegno c'è, ma ancora non ci siamo
