位置特別方便，而且可以自己燒烤，如果不想自己動手那邊也可以提供。
衞生：房間衞生很到位，雖然是民宿，但是看得出來很用心，床品什麼都很乾凈
環境：空氣超級好，旁邊就是江，晚上在江邊逛逛，很愜意
服務：酒店前台是個小姑娘，人很熱心，有問必答，態度也很好

農村自建房連鎖經營，周邊環境很OK，江邊風景獨好微風習習。我們租了四間房，給我們安排在一棟樓裏，五一期間其他客人也沒給我們安排進來很棒。門口停車也可以，周邊停車也停方便都不遠。房間衞生情況良好，設施也挺算新，基本配置齊全。這次説走就走的旅行，下次有機會好好在這邊住兩天。

在古城內，整個盈川古城環境很好
民宿是村民的房子改造的
衞生收拾的很乾凈
停車也方便
缺點就是一樓的房間會很潮濕
管家在辦理入住後都會送到客房位置

五一假期預訂的酒店，確實超預期，酒店在一個古鎮上，本來衹是住一晚，結果玩了一整天，旁邊有個瀑布咖啡很不錯，還有小童遊樂園和水上樂園，小朋友可以盡情玩耍，還是挺推薦的，衞生環境都還不錯，價格也合理，五一也沒漲太多

首先酒店沒有提前告知我們是住在居民家裡，我們是晚上十點多鐘到的，辦完入住工作人員帶着我們到了距離酒店大堂一段距離的私房，私房大概三四層，工作人員把我們放下就讓我們自己進去，我們自己摸索着上到三層才發現房間，打開大門裡麪黑咕隆咚的，大廳還有一張逝者遺像……同行人員都被嚇到，當時就頭疼，一晚上沒睡好，進了房間裏面床單上還有蟲子，體驗很差！

設施：複式房間，很不錯。
衞生：可以
環境：優美無敵江景房，同等環境設施相比較，房間價格很實惠。
服務：服務熱情，衢州的物價還是低的，有時間可以過來。

首先寵物友好，這點好評。但是房間面積虛標很厲害，雙床估計20平，大床更加小，跟標註的29-40相差太大了吧？？反正住着挺擁擠的，衞生我覺得還不錯，可能因為新開的。老年團隊入住很多，所以早上會有點吵。早餐挺好吃的，紅薯很甜。住的那家阿姨人是挺好的，就是有一天早上沒敲門就開門了，我們在睡覺，雖然馬上關掉了，這種事情放在酒店是很嚴重的，但這是民宿，也沒辦法要求太多服務。位置比較偏僻，離市區開車40分鐘的樣子，但是停車很方便。總之因為寵物友好才選擇的，不然應該不會選這家，希望能改進服務吧，然後房間虛標的面積也要改正。

房間蠻大的，乾淨整潔。前台小姐姐服務也很到位。環境周圍環境很漂亮。值得推薦。衢江水非常的清。
