瀑布裏喝咖啡☕️，意境很美。甜點味道好。
設施：複式房間，很不錯。
衞生：可以
環境：優美無敵江景房，同等環境設施相比較，房間價格很實惠。
服務：服務熱情，衢州的物價還是低的，有時間可以過來。

首先寵物友好，這點好評。但是房間面積虛標很厲害，雙床估計20平，大床更加小，跟標註的29-40相差太大了吧？？反正住着挺擁擠的，衞生我覺得還不錯，可能因為新開的。老年團隊入住很多，所以早上會有點吵。早餐挺好吃的，紅薯很甜。住的那家阿姨人是挺好的，就是有一天早上沒敲門就開門了，我們在睡覺，雖然馬上關掉了，這種事情放在酒店是很嚴重的，但這是民宿，也沒辦法要求太多服務。位置比較偏僻，離市區開車40分鐘的樣子，但是停車很方便。總之因為寵物友好才選擇的，不然應該不會選這家，希望能改進服務吧，然後房間虛標的面積也要改正。

去盈川山房的沿江公路很漂亮，進村後更感覺到新農村的建沒，村裡的老房子大都改建了民宿，進村的感覺很乾凈，村子也是靠近江邊，村裡有共享餐廳，瀑布咖啡店很有特色，改建的民宿規劃設計的也很好，簡潔明瞭，入住體驗很舒適！

路過這個村，一進村被這裏的風景吸引，剛好有民宿，立即決定逗留一晚，進入房間完全不是想象中的民宿感覺，衞生乾淨。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，完全刷新了我對民宿的認知

幾乎是半夜三點才到，值班工作人員非常認真的幫我們安排房間並親自把我們送到房間，還幫我們提行李，雖然很疲累但是感覺很温暖，還悉心關照我們早餐的位置和時間。這裏的房間是一棟棟融合在居民村裡的，可以很好的感受當地的生活氣息，房間也乾淨舒適。第二天正好也遇上了景區的新年市集，吃吃逛逛好不愜意，儘管衹是長途旅途中的短暫停留，但是留下了非常美好的回憶。

民宿位於一個古村裡麪，這個古村景點打造的很不錯，我們冬天來沒啥人，如果夏天來還是非常不錯的，民宿也是和當地居民共建的，居民把自家房子拿出一間兩間出來做民宿，所以每個房間都很分散，可以看出設施很新，但我們住的這間房空調不給力，晚上睡覺有點冷，其他還好，提供2份早餐
