"Aside from the inconsistent, not-so-hot hot water in the shower, this hotel scored 120 points. I've stayed in hotels higher up the list, but the service here is truly top-notch. For example, when our car arrived at the hotel entrance, two waiters greeted us. Once we got to the lobby, another staff member escorted us to our room. The Chinese restaurant staff, understanding we were in a hurry for a concert and couldn't accommodate a wedding reception, contacted the Western restaurant to open the buffet half an hour early. The buffet chef was also very helpful. When the room needed supplies, they delivered them promptly. The room layout was also very well-designed. Highly recommended."

"The hotel's location is in the new city, I guess? It's very close to Luming Cultural Park but quite far from the old town. Food delivery takes a long time to arrive, which might also be due to the overall delivery situation in the area. The breakfast variety is a bit less than what you'd find in typical five-star hotels, though the overall quality is still good, and they do offer some local specialties. You have to scan your license plate for parking, which isn't super convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was quite large. Overall, it was pretty good!"

The service deserves a perfect score! From the moment I walked in, the concierge's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The front desk, particularly staff member 167, handled my check-in incredibly efficiently, even thoughtfully asking about my floor preference. What truly impressed me was the room service; their response time was exceptionally fast. One phone call and a staff member would arrive within minutes, always maintaining a humble and courteous demeanor. They truly provided subtle yet profound care. The facilities are top-notch. The grand decor of the lobby instantly created a sense of calm. The mattress in the room was perfectly balanced, not too soft nor too firm, ensuring a good night's sleep until morning. The bathroom featured excellent wet and dry separation. I especially want to commend the swimming pool and gym. The heated pool had crystal-clear water and a spacious view, while the gym equipment was brand new and available 24/7, perfectly meeting all my fitness needs. "My trip to Quzhou this time made me an absolute fan of this Atour Hotel! Stepping into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the natural wood and scholarly ambiance. The hot tea offered by the staff immediately chased away my travel fatigue, earning them full marks from the start. The room was immaculately clean with no strange odors. The Plant brand mattress and soft bedding were perfect for someone like me who's particular about beds, and with the excellent soundproofing, a good night's sleep was guaranteed. The orchid-scented toiletries in the bathroom were pleasant, the hot water was consistent, and you could feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. The location couldn't be better. It's a 15-minute walk to the high-speed train station, and Wanda Plaza is just a ten-minute walk away. There are also tons of Quzhou snack shops nearby, making it super convenient for finding food and shopping. For breakfast, you can enjoy local specialties like Quzhou拌粉 (mixed noodles) and Changshan Gongmian (tribute noodles). Plus, there's a free late-night congee service at 9:30 PM, which is both warming and comforting. What truly impressed me was the service. From proactively arranging a quiet room at check-in to the laundry staff helping to return my washed and dried clothes, it was exceptional."
