自己粗心大意把衣服拉了，酒店直接把衣服丟垃圾桶裏了，打電話讓我翻垃圾桶。後面他們把衣服翻出來，隨便把衣服過了一下水，一句歉意也沒有，很冷漠。住的時候好好的，走的時候一團糟心
