I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat. I contacted the front desk and they said that a guest reported that the room was too cold, so the backstage directly switched the cooling to heating. After making several calls, they arranged for the security to turn off the heating. Just after the heating was turned off, I encountered two women and one man who were drunk and making noise in the corridor. The security guard ignored it. I called the front desk and they replied that they had advised but could not solve it. I had to call 110 to seek help. This made my 80-year-old father sleepless all night.
