My first holiday on my own as a solo female was made to feel safe, staff always checked to make sure I was safe and happy. The views of the beach and the sunset are incredible, the food delicious and the staff are all wonderful. I love this place, wish I could live here. The WiFi isn't great but with that view and loads of entertainment, who needs WiFi!

The best holiday in Cape Verde, everyone was welcoming and very nice, they had activities and food and drink all day long, luxury and excursions too, it's a big resort and nice, we were here for the first time this year but definitely not the last Thank you

Lots of positives - staff wonderful - great location - a lovely room - beautiful views - quiet and relaxing - minimal Wi-Fi - good animation loved the aqua, and the spa massage was excellent - great to chill 😎 - kettle in room on request - charged my Fitbit at reception - 🫏 wake up call Negatives - pool cold - buffet food not great breakfast was the best selection although there was always lovely pizza at lunch and dinner - drinks not high quality - nothing much to do nearby

Swimming pool was freezing unable to use it. Food was cold even under the lights Omelettes and pasta were already made and not to order Please sort out the drinks available! Pina colada that was served wasn't a pina colada!

Really lovely place to stay. The accommodation is spacious like an apartment without a kitchen. Food offers plenty of choice from local cuisine to international cuisine lots of it and really good. The desserts on offer are delicious particularly with the wonderful ice cream. The staff are so helpful & friendly. There is always something to do if you want to from aqua bikes, Aqua exercise, volley ball etc. or you can relax by the pool or on the most amazing beach we have ever seen. Absolutely beautiful. There are activities you can do outside the hotel with local companies, island tours, snorkelling, dune buggy’s, surfing. Try and book with local people rather than the ones organised by TUI etc. This means all the money goes to the local people without TUI etc taking a cut!

Really beautiful environment, the beach and the surroundings are amazing. The visit took place in February 2024 and 2025. Unfortunately, in February 2025, the weather was very windy. The ocean temperature felt very low. There was enough sun and it was not a problem to get a tan or burn. Unfortunately, the pools are not heated at all and no one was swimming. This is by far the biggest disadvantage of the hotel. A year earlier there was less wind and we were only in the ocean. Now we had to go swimming in the bay to the Perla bar, where there is no wind. Compared to the previous visit, the name of the hotel has changed and probably the owner too. It was noticeable somewhere. The food used to be more interesting, but even now everything was tasty and in sufficient quantity. The rooms are okay, maybe only the bathroom door shows that they have already done something, otherwise okay. I would also mention the cleanliness of the beach. Wild donkeys probably come closer at night and no one cleans up their poop. I think that would deserve improvement. It wasn't like that before. Overall a nice vacation, especially the amazing environment. The hotel is perfect, but the lack of pool heating will probably be a reason to choose a different hotel in February.

A very relaxing place to me with nice facilities and good food. Best thing was the very friendly and helpful staff. Only ares of criticism would be the wifi coverage and snack bar being below par compared to the other restaurants
