Room is average build , quality of the mattress is very poor extra bouncy and uncomfortable bathroom was not clean , although staff was humble and gatekeeper is a good ***

Terrible room. Bed bugs all over the blanket & pillows. Also cockroach were in rooms. Not recommended

Raipur being state capital, the location of the hotel is excellent, welcoming staff is polite, rooms are clean ***** with clean bedsheet and towels provided. Mine was dual single bed requirement which suited me. Breakfast with limited choices was prepared tastefully. Therefore 105 was overall good wrt the money spent. The only few thing could have been better were outside window cleanliness and provision of flower pots maintenance of bathroom fittings, mug bucket and provision of working tea cattle with cup.
